#M25 closed at J27? Peak travel for business and industry. Who is making these decisions, on what authority and what basis? £Millions lost daily by over zealous HSE bods who are still in bed. This country is a joke vs other nations who deal with this efficiently @HighwaysSEAST – at Stapleford Abbotts, East

Absolutely enjoying this book by @NickBryantNY . Educational, witty, funny and a wholesome read if you want to understand and navigate the political histories of a number of countries that he has so eloquently corresponded on and in. Will be sad when I put this read to bed. – at Minster On Sea, England

None of these farms exist All are works of fiction by @Tesco supermarkets This #FarmWashing practice should be made illegal, it deceives consumers and makes nonsense of @RedTractorFood traceability Food labelling should be clear, country of origin should be clear #BuyBritish

Ed Miliband is a net zero zealot who spaffed away £22bn of public money on carbon capture machines, bans new North Sea oil & gas licences & destroys farmland with huge solar panel projects. He promised lower energy bills. But instead the bills went up.

To put into context pig will have cost farmer ~£180 to produce, so he’s already £180 down before levy. This product will still go into the supply chain & at retail will deliver back ~£600 to retailer.I’ll hazard a guess at ~£400 back to processor Pure CORRUPTION #NoFarmersNoFood
Replying to @AnnaLongthorp
A supply chain that exploits the farmer. So much so that as recently as last week a colleague of his was paid precisely 0️⃣ for a pig that was 0.1kg overweight. So in real terms this means -ve return given AHDB levy farmer has to pay. THIS EXPLOITATION OF OUR FARMERS MUST STOP!

Interesting isn't it? We have an RNLI now putting people in danger. A National Trust that can't be trusted with our heritage. A Foreign Office that eschews the national interest. A Labour party that hates the working class. A homophobic gay rights organisation. Universities that refuse to question orthodoxy. A border force that disagrees with enforcing the border. A Church that dislikes Christianity. An army that disapproves of patriotism. An air force that doesn't like its white pilots. A parliament that hates democracy. A race relations industry that promotes racism. A farming lobby that hates farmers and agriculture. A bird charity that loves wind turbines. All of our institutions have be turned against us.

This has been a great read. It brings a huge amount of understanding to the challenges in the region. I would urge anyone wanting to learn more, especially in the current climate, to grab a copy. Thank you @BowenBBC – at Aspley Guise, England

This is happening too frequently. More and more people have a sad story to tell with late, non, or misdiagnosis despite attempting many times with a GP. – at Minster On Sea, England

Until the 1970, the majority of the people were fit as a fiddle! No keto, vegan, or paleo diets. No home aerobics or gym memberships. No fancy fitness tech or wellness influencers. They also weren't drinking protein shakes or counting calories. So, what went wrong? A THREAD 🧵⬇️

Bonkers. We're importing more & more eggs from the 2nd & 3rd heaviest users of antibiotics in the EU - using 6x more than the UK as well as outdated, low-welfare systems we can no longer use here. The Government HAS to sort this mess out! (table: EFSA) thegrocer.co.uk/eggs-and-pou…

Well done ⁦@JeremyClarkson⁩ for highlighting the start of the pig crisis truthfully. Shame ⁦@BBCCountryfile⁩ and ⁦@BBCNews⁩ couldn’t shine the true light on it. Worst to come in a few months 20% of the national herd now gone. Bacon butties gonna be pricey

In 1981, the EU prohibited the use of hormonal action for growth promotion in farm animals. Then, in January 2022, they banned farmed animals from being routinely fed a diet of antibiotics. You can not describe how good the food tastes compared to back home. – at Cologne, Germany

#RealMadridManCity Dani Carvajal is the worst example of cynical fouling play to walk the pitch. I suspect he learnt from the master Serjio Ramos. Awful, awful, awful. Send him off. #RefereeBackhanders – at Minster On Sea, England

As an impartial viewer of the #RealMadridManCity game I realise why I hate #RealMadrid so much. Cynical, cheating, fouling play is the only way they know. All their wins are hollow as they have always cheated. Sucking the life out of the fair game. Tougher refereeing needed! – at Minster On Sea, England
