I've been in Dallas since 1997 and nobody has ever described anything like this ever happening to them. I'll take shit that didn't happen for $100.

I go to Walmart to buy supplies (bad idea)
I’m in the checkout line. Naturally I’m the only “Heritage American” in sight
One of my items is a utility knife, so an associate is required to see my ID
The only employee around is a boomer grandma, who says she can’t scan for me
I have to walk across the entire store to find another worker, and it’s an Indian woman who functionally cannot speak English
She comes to my register and doesn’t even think to do her job and ask for my ID. 99% chance she didn’t understand what the computer was saying
I finally check out and then the boomer grandma greeter stops me and asks for my receipt. Countless Patels, Dequans, and Ricos have walked straight past without a peep from her
She proceeds to take my receipt and then scan literally every item in my cart with her tablet like I was stealing
I have never seen that once in my life at Walmart
I must look really suspicious!

This chart is insane. This shows Russia's casualties over time compared to Russia's territorial gains in Ukraine over the last five years.
No sane or rational person would say continuing the war to try and take more of Ukraine's territory is worth the casualties.
