NY took to the streets as Netanyahu arrived at the UN this week. Mayor Zohran Mamdani made a big show about how he would enforce the ICC arrest warrant on Netanyahu if he set foot in NYC, yet rolled out the red carpet. Zohran won't bring justice. Don't wait on him.

Meet my tenant Ms. Gloria. When I bought my building, her rent was $1100, no lease and worried I’d raise it to $2000+ to the market rate. Instead, I raised it to $1450. Today, she’s moving to Cali to be with family. I’m happy she’s leaving by choice and I didn’t displace her.
