If you're looking for an n/a option at home, here's our simplest suggestion: 5ml pickle brine 40 ml lime juice 20 ml simple syrup Build over a stack of the biggest ice you've got, and top with equal parts ginger beer and seltzer water. Give her a spin. Cheers—you deserve it.

Visuals are meaningful! It’s a way to not feel separate or other for this choice.

For me, having a non-alcoholic drink in a fancy glass and with a little garnish helps a lot. Any drink with a little effervescence feels fun too.

We used the word “dry” at Marvel quite purposefully. We didn’t want to use alcohol to describe what we were doing without it. Language is powerful, and we’re still figuring out the right way to communicate in a welcoming way as an industry. #GoingDry

How to price nonalcoholic drinks? Establishments balance perception, costs, and labor—nonalcoholic drinks put the work in the bar’s hands instead of the distiller. #GoingDry
2
How does a nonalcoholic drink inspire the same feelings as something with alcohol? What is it we’re chasing in a Negroni, for example, that we want to duplicate with a ‘Nogroni’? #GoingDry

How do we extend the conversation beyond places like ours? Maybe there’s money to be made in this category. Maybe the market can be the ultimate way to drive change. #GoingDry
