The movie is over 30 years old. If you showed a movie in 1958 film in 1992 and told folks that everyone in a scene is dead there'd be a yawn. But this movie feels like yesterday because of our stuck culture and less vibrant film industry.

Honored to unveil my poster for the 20th Anniversary release of Pan’s Labyrinth in theaters for @RealGDT - 20 years ago, I was creating covers for a DC/Vertigo series called Fables, and also developed a collaboration with Prada based on fairytales (which included a tiny porcelain Faun). Pan’s Labyrinth was an artistic achievement that not only spoke to the moment and of deep mythology, but represented an uncompromising vision that inspired me and countless others.
