While South Africans are experiencing the pain of rolling blackouts, @Energy_ZA minister @GwedeMantashe1 eats cake. Why are ministers DD Mabuza, @tito_mboweni, @GwedeMantashe1 and Pravin Gordhan not in the so-called War Room dealing with Eskom and the electricity crises?
