Who Moved the Price? Read Hyperliquid Like a Trader with Kokoah.
Every trade on Hyperliquid is public, and Kokoah runs its own node that records all of them. This video takes a real Bitcoin move and shows how a trader reads it, feature by feature:
• Market scanner: how the crowd, the best traders and the whales lean in every perp, the liquidations close to the price, whale trades and TWAPs, and an AI summary with every number checked.
• Market layers: the liquidation map, liquidations on candles, the entry profile and buying pressure by order size.
• The positioning panel: the largest positions, whale moves as they happen, and the TWAPs filling now.
• Analyze: drag across a move to see who pushed the price, what was opened, closed and liquidated, and who still holds it. Compare two moves side by side.
• Trader pages with an AI read, follow alerts within seconds, and a copy test on the trader's real past trades.
• Grid bots tested on past prices, market alerts by push and Telegram, and the Kokoah assistant.

Umi (A subnet on $TAO) just solved a MAJOR problem companies are having right now...
Translating sign language into English
Naturally you can assume this'll be a hot commodity for some of the bigger tech companies to use (they don't offer it) & the more data they get from these wearable glasses, their new partners the better that AI will get
+ I imagine they'll introduce other languages as well, since sign language was the hard part
This is one of the obvious ways Bittensor can benefit a subnet, as miners are quite literally running models to make their sign language capabilities better right now

Finally looked into Subnet 82 @compelleai. Worth mentioning it was financed by Siam and Mark.
I find the subnet very interesting because almost everyone is tired of LLMs like ChatGPT agreeing with whatever you say, right or wrong.
What @compelleai is doing is using Bittensor | $TAO to discover better ways for AI to argue, challenge ideas, and give stronger second opinions.
Miners on SN82 compete by submitting debate strategies, and the best strategies are tested across adversarial debates.
Almost everybody uses AI for content these days. It would be nice if my GPT was not just a yes-man.
Plus, it can help VCs and businesses judge pitch decks more critically.
Cool stuff in my opinion.

I’ve been watching people use chatbots for decisions that actually matter. The pattern is hard to unsee.
They paste a clause, a resume, a pitch deck, a negotiation line. Then they ask a question that already leans. “This is okay, right?” “We should move on them, yeah?” The model answers like a calm colleague. Screenshot. They relax. It feels like a second opinion landed.
It didn’t. They heard their own premise said back in better English.
These systems are built to stay in the conversation. That usually means not making you uncomfortable. Ask twice and the answer can slide. That’s what you get when one model is both the advocate and the room.
I don’t care if AI is “smart” I care whether it pushes back when the stakes are a contract, a hire, a legal line or a check someone is about to write
@compelleai is the first thing I’ve seen that treats that as the actual problem
It doesn’t ask one model what it thinks. It turns the question into a motion - same sentence, both sides and makes two models argue it. A panel of models from different labs then calls it, so one lab’s habits don’t get the last word. You leave with a verdict, the full argument and the moment the weaker case broke.
I trust that last piece more than any polished paragraph. Clean writing can hide a hole. An argument under pressure usually can’t.
They didn’t start with a slogan. They ran the method in public on Bittensor Subnet 82: same motion, competing strategies, scored, ranked. Compelle points that structure at your question.
Copy is everywhere. Hours still cost what hours cost. A case that had to survive someone trying to take it apart is still rare.
If the chatbot is the last voice in the room, you didn’t test the idea. You rehearsed it.

⚡️The deepest lesson here is this:
People think they want asymmetric opportunities.
What they actually want is asymmetric opportunities after the uncertainty has disappeared.
That cannot exist.
Bitcoin at $586 was cheap precisely because the future Bitcoin had not yet become believable.
The extraordinary return and the extraordinary uncertainty were the same object viewed from opposite sides.
If you could have known in 2016 that Bitcoin would survive every crash, become institutionalized, enter corporate balance sheets, gain political legitimacy, and remain globally liquid, it would never have traded at $586.
The ignorance was embedded in the price.
So when people look backward and say, “How did everyone miss this?” the answer is this:
They didn’t miss Bitcoin. They misclassified it.
They saw speculative internet money.
They saw crime.
They saw technological novelty.
They saw a bubble.
Very few saw the possibility that a decentralized digital bearer asset could become an entirely new monetary category.
And that is where the enormous wealth was created.
The people who saw the category transition early were effectively purchasing the future before language had stabilized around what the thing actually was.
The largest asymmetries exist during the interval between:
something becoming structurally real
and
the world acquiring the language necessary to recognize that it is real.
That interval is where price can become absurdly wrong.
Once everyone can explain the thesis elegantly, institutions have models for it, analysts cover it, regulators have categories for it, and capital allocators know where it belongs, much of the original asymmetry is already gone.
So the question that matters today is not:
“What is the next Bitcoin?”
That question encourages imitation.
The real question is:
What already exists today that the world is still describing with the wrong noun?
That is where the 100x lives.
A company everyone thinks belongs to one industry while it is quietly becoming infrastructure for another.
A technology treated as a product while it is becoming a protocol.
An asset treated as speculation while it is becoming collateral.
An AI capability treated as automation while it is becoming something closer to machine-native cognition.
The opportunity appears when reality has already changed categories and consensus has not.
That is the deepest thing Bitcoin at $586 represents.
And it leads to this rule:
If an opportunity already feels obvious, safe, institutionally validated, and easy to explain, you are probably being paid for something other than seeing the future.
The truly enormous returns belong to the period when the future is visible enough to detect but still ridiculous enough to deny.
That is the signal field.

Our new miner goes live with $3 million dollars worth of new permanent compute - ofcourse powered by 100% green power.
Not spare capacity, not for use when not busy , not here for a few months . Built for bittensor and here to stay .
250 x RTX 5090s go live on the network - this is just the beginning.
When we backed Subnet 46 @sebyrubino was unproven and new to the ecosystem. He shipped anyway.
We had a call with him and Dan today to understand the pivot into inference.
Bittensor has been a rollercoaster these last few months. The rules underneath everyone changed and a lot of good teams are quickly discovering their plan was written for a network that no longer exists.
Zipcode becomes Instant.
They've made the call to point at a fast growing market rather than defend a smaller one out of pride.
Dan takes the CEO hat, Seby moves to what he's best at: distribution and growth. SN46 now has two capable operators, each in the right seat, which is rare in this ecosystem.
When the train pulls into the station we will all be judged on how we handled the track we were given, not the track we would have chosen.
AMD agreed to buy Taalas last week. Nvidia licensed Groq's inference stack in December. Fast inference looks like an underpriced category.
Let's see them perform.

Bittensor is interesting for one non-tech reason almost nobody talks about properly: it is a serious attempt to build a machine that continuously measures output and pays for real value.
