COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION OF “SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR” In accordance with Colorado law the Colorado Department of Corrections has notified the Colorado Springs Police Department that Benjamin Eugene Hall will be on supervised release, parole, and has moved to an address in the Colorado Springs Police Department’s jurisdiction. Hall is a sex offender whose past behavior has led him to be labeled a “Sexually Violent Predator” (SVP) by the court. The Police Department will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that Hall registers as a sex offender and that he understands his responsibilities as such. Hall’s criminal history reveals that he was convicted of Sexual Assault on a Child-Position of Trust in El Paso County, Colorado, in 2020 and Sexual Exploitation of a Child-Video/20+ Items in El Paso County, Colorado, in 2015. He has also been convicted of Violation of a Protection Order in El Paso County, Colorado, in 2015, Felony Menacing-Real/Simulated Weapon in El Paso County, Colorado, in 2013, and Harassment in El Paso County, Colorado, in 2011. Hall is registered at 6633 Dublin Loop West #2 in Colorado Springs. He is described as being a white male, 44 years old, 5’10” tall, 180lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
