Does anyone know if it is legal for a council to make the delivery of services contingent upon the person being able to submit a request in writing?

You're wrong about linked households legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020… Nothing wrong with encouraging people to disregard incorrect and unenforceable guidance that doesn't reflect the actual law, which allows for linked households to meet up.

Fantastic news just in that the Fountain Roundabout wall and Fountain iron works are to be repaired between 16th and 20th November.
This comes after my colleagues and I @RBKIndependents first announced this in our Malden Matters earlier in the year.
