Perhaps it’s time for Britain to consider liberating Tierra del Fuego from Argentinian rule… fair game right @JMilei?

The Lib Dems seem to forget that a referendum on Europe was a Lib Dem manefesto policy, so they only have themselves to blame that they didn’t get the outcome they wanted 10 years later, they still blame the electorate for #brexit
10 years on, the very same politicians who caused the Brexit mess say nobody can dare try to fix it. We say enough. It's time for a bold new deal with Europe to make Britain safer, richer and stronger. Watch our new film⬇️

The planning approval for the spy-ridden Chinese Embassy will further stifle academic freedoms in the UK for academics researching China-focused subjects, particularly concerning Anglo-Japanese affairs, which already face fake revisionism from pro-CCP agitators

Foreign nationals living, working or studying the UK already require an E-Visa share code, which employers, colleges/universities and landlords/letting agencies can request to prove their legal status in the UK Mandatory Digital ID Cards are just a desperate distraction

Residents in Kingston can go to their local leisure centre and keep cool according to the Lib Dems Oh... wait...
"We have come up with this very cool proposal which could actually mean the difference between life and death." @pippaheylings

This deal solely emboldens our nations largest enemy: China. The policy of “East of Suez” has, for the past decade, been dead in the water. This act of self harms makes Britain, our commonwealth and our Allies, over time, considerably less safe and more vulnerable
I've signed a deal to secure the joint UK-US base on Diego Garcia. This base is vital for the safety and security of the British people and today’s agreement is the only way to protect our country for many years to come. I will always act in our country’s national interest.

Yet there exists a continued silence from the Lib Dems concerning China’s stricter cap on foreign films under the guise of “protecting domestic markets” Evidently the campaign funds are lacking for the Lib Dems in Kingston next year…
First Trump hit our steel and car sectors with tariffs, now he wants to hit our world leading British film industry. What will it take for the UK government to work with our allies in Europe and Canada on a joint response?

No mention of the threat from China from our local MP. I wonder why… 👀
We’re facing real threats—Putin in the east, Trump in the west, and Farage doing his best tribute act here at home. Today, we made it clear: the Liberal Democrats won’t back down.

As someone who used to work for a Hospice, the National Insurance rise would cripple most clinical and fundraising operations. Hospices advertise ~1-2%+ salaries for nurses to be competitive with the NHS due to high turn overs. Most fundraising shops operate on a break-even basis
At PMQs, I asked Keir Starmer multiple times if he would exempt hospices from his jobs tax. He repeatedly refused to answer. They had no idea the mess they were making or the impact it would have on so many vulnerable people.

The policies of "East of Suez" were a long term disaster, consequential of Britain's withdrawal from Weiheiwei, Amoy and Hankow during the 1920s and 30s. Surrendering the Chagos Islands at the rumoured expense of £18b solely appeases Chinese interests bbc.co.uk/news/articles/czj3…

If Ed is concerned about foreign money in politics, he should lead the way and donate the £5,000 of Chinese £££ his local association received in 2014 to a local Hong Konger charity, and investigate offers of donations to prospective Lib Dem candidates between 2015-8.
We can't let British democracy turn into a plaything for overseas billionaires with short attention spans. At PMQs, I urged the Prime Minister to work with us to make sure power always sits with the voters, not wealthy foreign oligarchs.

Tonight I will be questioning Kingston Neighbourhood Committee about how we can make this junction safer for pedestrians by increasing visibility of traffic lights and indications of when its safe to cross.
@ContactKingston would it be possible to either arrange with the property owners for these to be routinely trimmed, or install street level indicators to show when it’s safe for pedestrians to cross between Knights Park, Fairfield South, Fairfield West and Orchard Road.

Opposition activists and former candidates of all parties in Kingston frequently do more for their wards than elected Liberal Democrat Councillors (with a few exceptions). It’s time elected Lib Dem Councillors put action before allowances and residents before remuneration
Former councillor says he'll do the work Lib Dem councillors aren't doing. Work council taxpayers are paying them handsomely to do.

When I was little, our local farmer would knock on the doors of all the children to let them know that the baby lambs had arrived and he would invite us to go and look at them in the barn through the door. Farmers do so much for their communities and deserve our support

In 2018, Kingston Council's recycling rate was approximately 49.4%. By 2021, this had decreased to 48% and now, we have dropped to 46%. Alongside cutting £135,000 from the Tree Planting Scheme, something is surely going wrong with Kingston's approach towards a greener borough
Residents in Kingston recycle 46% of what they throw away. But did you know that glass is the most commonly missed item? Visit recyclenow.com to find out what else you could be recycling this #RecycleWeek #GreenerKingston @VeoliaUK

Great to catch up with residents in Kingston Town today concerning ongoing casework. Plenty of work to be done in each polling district given the continued absence of our elected “Councillors”
