In 2016, the Netherlands Meteorological Institute adjusted temperatures at De Bilt, the country's main climate station. Daily maximums from 1901 to 1950 were lowered by up to 1.9C, which removed 16 of 23 heatwaves from the record. The altered data were then used to claim modern heatwaves were unprecedented. Four researchers challenged the changes, but the institute dismissed the criticism, so the analysis went to peer review. In 2021, it was published, conclusively demonstrating the institute's method systematically erased historical heat extremes. Today, the Meteorological Institute has quietly changed its approach, and as a result, seven erased heatwaves have been restored, including the extreme summer of 1947. Here again, we have a government agency caught rewriting climate history. The Netherlands Meteorological Institute erased heatwaves of the past, ignored critics, and reinstated the truth only when the evidence became impossible to ignore. Policies were built on that manipulated record. Dutch farmers lost livelihoods. Industry and the wider economy paid the price. But accountability is coming.

There is a lot of misinformation and silly statements posted on X regarding the NASA CERES data. Here are the actual CERES data from Mar. 2000 to Dec. 2025: - Earth's albedo decrease: from 0.294 to 0.286 - Increased of absorbed solar radiation: 2. 5 W m-2 - TSI increase: 0.6 W m-2 The 21st-Century warming is completely explained by the albedo decrease + TSI increase. There is no circular argument in our approach! Let me spell it out for you: Contemporary NASA planetary data were used to derive relationships between near-surface atmospheric density and latitudinal temperature gradients. These relationships tie the global temperature to the average surface temperatures at various latitudes on different planets & moons via the mean surface pressure and the total solar irradiance (TSI). Note that predictions of latitudinal temperatures as a function of the Global Temperature, mean surface pressure and TSI are totally independent of Erath's paleoclimate records, because they were derived from modern NASA planetary data. Applying this extended model to Earth's paleoclimate, where the only assumption made was that changes in Global Temperature were caused by variations in the mean surface atmospheric pressure, allows for INDEPENDENT predictions of Earth's Equatorial and Polar temperatures through time. Note that the global temperature record contains NO information about meridional temperature gradients. Modeled Equatorial and Polar temperatures are then compared to INDEPENDENT data from the geological record to see, if predicted changes in the meridional temperature gradients by the model match the observed ones. The fact that modeled variations in the latitudinal temperature gradient match very closely the observed changes of this gradients in the geological record over tens of millions of years strongly suggests that pressure was indeed the driver of Earth's paleoclimate. Note that NONE of the standard climate models can correctly simulate changes in latitudinal temperature gradients over millions of years! The beauty & power of our approach is in the fact that a model derived from contemporary NASA data of planets across Space correctly predicts paleoclimatic changes of latitudinal temperature gradients over time on Earth. This confirms the principle that physical laws are INVARIANT across Space and Time. Can you comprehend the significance of this?

🚨 To my followers and climate truth seekers, this PDF file contains links to all papers as well as important videos and blog articles describing various aspects of the Nikolov-Zeller climate concept: tallbloke.wordpress.com/wp-c… Studying these resources will give you a complete understanding of a modern, full-fledged scientific alternative to the 19th-Century "greenhouse" theory. The N-Z climate concept represents a NEW evidence-based scientific PARADIGM firmly rooted in NASA observations and classic Thermodynamics theory that explains recent global warming and Earth's paleoclimate in a whole different way. This new, data-backed understanding of climate change can liberate humanity from the burden of a decades-long confusion that gave rise to destructive energy policies in the Western World such as "Net Zero" and the "Green New Deal" as well as harmful, extremist environmental ideologies. Let's set Humanity free again through proper knowledge!

The situation with the official CO2 record (a.k.a. the "Keeling curve") is much more complex than presented by Prof. Rahmstorf. We will be submitting a separate paper on this topic next year, but the scoop of it is as follows: - The assumption that half of the annual human carbon emissions (actually ~46%) are taken up by ecosystems (land & ocean) and the rest stays in the atmosphere for hundreds of years (basically forever) is unphysical and deeply flawed. It's based on computer models, while C14 measurements indicate that the average residence time of a CO2 molecule in the atmosphere is only about 5 years. This implies that the Keeling CO2 curve (if correct!) only contains a small fraction of anthropogenic (industrial) CO2, i.e. less than 14% at present. There are numerous published papers discussing this topic! - We have uncovered strong numerical evidence that the Keeling CO2 curve is most likely a result of a model simulation rather than real measurements! In other words, it's fake! The proof is in the fact that this curve (when analyzed in terms of mean annual CO2 values) is fully reproducible (with R^2 = 1.000) by a very simple, and highly unrealistic model, which does not consider any temperature dependency of the CO2 fluxes and totally ignores fluxes from and into natural ecosystems (see attached graph). The model only considers human carbon emissions assuming that about 54% of annual industrial emissions stays in the atmosphere forever. Basically, the model indefinitely accumulates a fraction of the annual human carbon emissions in the atmosphere, thus creating a never-ending parabolic increase of atmospheric CO2 concentrations. Even when human emissions drop as it happened during the COVID years, the Keeling CO2 curve keeps rising, because available emissions (no matter how small) are simply added to the existing atmospheric CO2 pool. To my knowledge, no real measurements of any environmental parameter have ever produced such a clean and monotonically increasing curve unaffected by temperature/climate variations for over over 60 years as the Keeling CO2 record. Hence, there is something profoundly wrong with this record! It's particularly interesting that this simple & highly unrealistic model, which so accurately reproduces the annual CO2 values of the Keeling curve since 1959, was first proposed in 1975 by William Broecker in a paper titled "Climatic Change: Are We on the Brink of a Pronounced Global Warming?" that was published in Science: inters.org/files/broecker197… Pay attention to Broecker's modeled future CO2 concentrations shown in his Table 1. You cannot make this up! The climate mafia has apparently adopted Broecker's 1975 model to generate the "Keeling curve" and sell it to the World as a result of actual measurements... This might be the biggest climate-science FRAUD of all!

Did you know that climate scientists deliberately avoid addressing research questions that may lead to inconvenient answers potentially compromising the "greenhouse" narrative? For example, a lot of papers discuss CERES satellite observations of Earth's decreasing albedo since 2000. However, no study (except for ours: mdpi.com/2673-7418/4/3/17) has attempted to quantify the actual contribution of Earth's increasing sunlight absorption to recent warming! Many papers just declare a-priori that the albedo-mediated solar forcing is amplifying the climate effect of human carbon emissions, but no quantification of the temperature response to the solar forcing is provided. A recent paper by Bellocchi et al. (2026: iopscience.iop.org/article/1…) even admits that Earth's albedo has been decreasing since 1979 and that a comprehensive climate adaptation should include managing surface albedos in addition to decarbonization of the economy. However, the authors made NO attempt to evaluate the warming effect of the albedo decrease by itself. Most amazingly, the authors cited our 2024 publication on this topic when discussing climate sensitivity to albedo variations, BUT did not say a word about our main findings regarding the albedo decrease explaining the entire 21st-Century warming and the absence of anthropogenic forcing of climate. I find this odd behavior by mainstream scientists rather amusing! 🙂

Calling modern European floods and droughts “unprecedented” is scientifically indefensible. Tree-ring reconstructions show preindustrial European megadroughts that were more severe, extensive, and prolonged than modern events. A 2026 Nature study finds 1342 had the greatest number of extreme European floods in 700 years. The scientific community should stop erasing the historical record to sell a narrative. Adapt to extremes. Don’t pretend we can eliminate them. science.org/doi/10.1126/scia… nature.com/articles/s41586-0…

A new study finds uncertainty in estimating solar forcing across the Arctic is 100-350x larger than CO2's claimed climate impact. Clouds "markedly impact near-surface air temperatures" by altering the radiation budget and driving heating rates. For example, a cloudy day in winter may deliver 20-30 W/m² of cloud radiative forcing (CRF), warming the Arctic surface by 6-9°C. However, due to massive uncertainties in estimating cloud fraction (CF) and their radiative effects, "substantial inconsistencies across datasets in trend magnitude" persist, and thus "there is still no consensus on the long-term trend of Arctic total CF over recent decades". Systematic errors (biases) in estimating downwelling shortwave (SW) can deviate by 90-160 W/m² from one dataset to the next. Overall, datasets disagree by 20-70 W/m² when estimating downwelling SW across the Arctic, and thus our measurements are "insufficient to meet the needs of radiation energy budget estimation." The increase in atmospheric CO2 is alleged to be the driver of modern Arctic warming. This is fanciful speculation. The 20-70 W/m² uncertainty in estimating the Arctic's surface solar radiation is 100 to 350 times larger than 10 years of accumulated clear-sky-only CO2 impacts (0.2 W/m² per Feldman et al., 2015). spj.science.org/doi/pdf/10.3…

"There is no climate emergency." That's the message from over 2,000 scientists and professionals worldwide, including Nobel laureate John Clauser, MIT's Richard Lindzen and Emeritus Professor of Earth Sciences at the University of Melbourne Ian Plimer. They all say climate science has become too political and that the models behind global policy are flawed. "Warming is far slower than predicted," they assert. "CO2 is not pollution, it's plant food, the basis of all life on earth." And there's zero evidence that hurricanes, floods or droughts are worsening. 'The World Climate Declaration,' led by the Global Climate Intelligence Group, calls for science over panic, and prosperity through reliable, affordable energy. "There is no climate emergency," say more than 2,000 scientists.

Modern climate science makes two main absurd claims: 1. The "Greenhouse Effect" is a self-heating mechanism, where Earth raises its temperature in the context of an open system by reabsorbing a portion of its own thermal emission thanks to the infrared action of some "magic" trace gases (see attached EPA slide). 2. Adding tinny amounts of so-called "greenhouse gases" to the atmosphere intensifies the Earth's rate of self-heating, which is known as "enhanced greenhouse effect". However, here is the physical reality as revealed by modern NASA observations: 1. The presence of atmosphere raises the Earth's surface temperature through a gravity-induced quasi-adiabatic compression that only depends on total air pressure and is unaffected by atmospheric composition (Nikolov & Zeller 2017: omicsonline.org/open-access/…). See attached graph. 2. The warming of recent decades was caused by a decrease of Earth's albedo due to a reduction of global cloud cover, which is completely unrelated to human carbon emissions (Nikolov & Zeller 2024: mdpi.com/2673-7418/4/3/17). See attached graphs.

Dr Mototaka Nakamura has called climate models mere "toys." They're tuned with guesswork, he says, ignore key drivers like clouds, oceans and the sun, and cannot predict climate. Dr Nakamura is far from fringe. He earned his doctorate at MIT, worked with NASA and Caltech, and spent 25 years studying climate dynamics. "Climate models are Mickey-Mouse mockeries of the real world," he says. And he argues scientists have falsified records to exaggerate recent warming, exaggerations that underpin trillion-dollar policies. Nakamura says meaningful climate forecasting is an impossibility, and that CO2 isn't the control knob.

Planet Earth is 'still' in the Late Cenozoic Ice Age — an unbroken ice-age ecosystem that began roughly 34 million years ago with the glaciation of Antarctica. Technically speaking, we are living through one of the colder periods in Earth’s geological history. How does that fit into 'global warming'? For roughly 70–80% of the last half-billion years (the Phanerozoic Eon), Earth has existed in a 'hothouse' state, largely devoid of polar ice sheets but crammed with life. Almost 80% of the Earth was tropical rainforest pole to pole. Temperatures sat between 18°C and 25°C — all well above today's very modest 14°C to 15°C. Human civilisation developed within the embrace of the Holocene warm interglacial - during an ice age. The primary drivers steering Earth between a deep freeze and warm interglacial over 2.58 million years were not atmospheric — they stemmed from orbital mechanics, specifically Milankovitch cycles (eccentricity, axial tilt, and precession). While CO₂ forms a feedback loop in paleoclimate records, data shows it is orbital variations that pull the trigger on major ice-age transitions. The modern climate debate often treats today's baseline of 15°C as an absolute planetary limit, set in stone. Yet it is a momentary snapshot of one fraction of Earth's deep history. Modern human infrastructure and agriculture are clearly optimised for the current climate conditions. But today is just a microsecond in geological or planetary terms. Treating this fleeting era as the Earth's natural state wipes millions of years of geological reality off the table.

To build the renewables needed to achieve Net Zero by 2050, at current production rates, it would take nearly 10,000 years to mine enough lithium, more than 7,000 years for enough vanadium, over 1,700 years for cobalt, 400 years for nickel and almost 200 years for the copper. Even if hundreds of thousands of new mines opened tomorrow, we'd still run out of reserves long before reaching the goal. Global copper reserves are estimated at 800 million tonnes but what's required for Net Zero is a whopping 4,500 billion tonnes. Likewise with nickel, reserves are 95 million tonnes but we'll need 940 million. And for lithium, reserves stand at just 22 million tonnes but 944 million is needed. The math doesn't lie. Net zero isn't a plan. It's a fantasy.

The heat capacity of the entire atmosphere is equal to just the top 3.5 meters of the world's oceans. Below this surface lies Earth’s true thermal vault. Earth is a water planet, and the oceans cover 71% of the surface to an average depth of 2.3 miles. Global ocean currents carry warm waters from the deep tropics to the northern hemisphere, before returning after a round trip of 1,000 years. Without these currents, northern Europe would be a glacial wilderness, just like Greenland. The scale is colossal. Warm waters from the Roman warm period (240 BC to 400 AD) are still returning to the mid-latitudes. The atmosphere, by comparison, is a gaseous envelope that retains almost no thermal energy, holds a tiny fraction of the planet's carbon, and is largely controlled by ocean dynamics. The deep Pacific itself is so massive that only now it is receiving the cold waters from the Little Ice Age. We aren't starting from scratch; we are mid-cycle in a 4.6-billion-year-old time machine. We’ve also reinvented 'climate'. Once, it was a word for the local weather of robins and sparrows. Now it's a global ideological abstraction. We’ve lost our admiration for the natural world. We count CO₂ in parts per million while ignoring the satellite-proven greening of the Sahel. It’s time to move past the light breezes and offshore winds and look into the ocean depths for answers. Ask yourself, is the 1.4°C warming since 1850 really an unprecedented crisis? – at Bega, New South Wales

It is July 2026, and Western Arctic ice coverage is holding at 94% - the highest early July reading since 2013. The region covers about 1.3 million km2 and includes the waters leading into the Northwest Passage - the sector often used to sell the "opening Arctic" scare story. But 2026 is running as one of the strongest ice years in the Canadian record back to 1981. High arctic temperatures, north of 80N, are still struggling to rise above freezing even into the second week of July. In 2026 the melt season threshold has barely arrived which is unprecedented in record books dating back to 1958. Western Arctic ice is at a 13 year high. The High Arctic has never been colder. This is not being reported on.
