Kistos PLC #KIST has announced that it has entered into a binding SPA with Tulip Oil to acquire Tulip Oil Netherlands B.V., including its wholly owned subsidiary Tulip Oil Netherlands Offshore B.V.

ALT Monthly production volumes from the Q10-A Field to November 2020
Also included are offshore licences Q8, Q10-B, Q11 and M10a & M11 which contain discoveries with a potential 78.5 mmboe of 2c resources. Tulips onshore assets, Donkerbroek Main & West and Akkrum 11 also form part of the deal.
