I’ve even seen YouTube recently give back a SECOND, BIGGER CHANNEL while the creator’s original channel stayed terminated. THAT GAVE ME A LITTLE HOPE BECAUSE MY SITUATION IS VERY SIMILAR. My original channel had the mistake. MY SECOND PRE EXISTING CHANNEL WAS 100% CLEAN and I built it from 0 TO 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS with tons of clean, original content before it was terminated for circumvention. YOUTUBE, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING ‼️ You have NO CARE FOR YOUR CREATORS ANYMORE. Your CEO doesn’t give a shit about the problems creators are constantly telling you about. CREATORS TELL YOU WHAT’S BROKEN, AND YOU IGNORE IT. But when it comes to shit NOBODY ASKED FOR, suddenly you’re there making changes and making things harder for creators. HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? YouTube tells creators to CONTACT YOUTUBE SUPPORT if you have questions or concerns. I DID. I contacted YOUR OWN SUPPORT TEAM, followed exactly what they told me, and I LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF IT. YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM LIES AND DECEIVES CREATORS, THEN WHEN THEY GET PUNISHED LIKE ME, YOU DON’T FUCKING CARE. My first channel was removed after 5 days of CTA videos where I told subscribers who already played the Roblox game that they could follow me on Roblox if they needed help. That was my ROOKIE MISTAKE. IT WAS NO HARM. You removed a clean year-old channel with NO WARNING. After that, I contacted YouTube Support because I had a terminated channel and needed to know what I was allowed to do next. I asked 5 TIMES ACROSS 2 DIFFERENT CHATS. I was told that as long as my other channels weren’t linked to the terminated email/channel, I was fine. I STILL DIDN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT “LINKED” MEANT BECAUSE I WAS A YOUNG KID WHO HAD ONLY STARTED MAKING YOUTUBE CONTENT IN JANUARY 2025. So I asked one more time: “SO AS LONG AS MY TERMINATED EMAILS CHANNEL ISN’T LINKED TO MY OTHER CHANNELS, AM I FINE?” THEY SAID YES. THAT’S CORRECT. So I listened to YOUTUBE’S OWN SUPPORT TEAM. I moved over to a channel I had already created BEFORE MY ORIGINAL CHANNEL WAS TERMINATED. It had 0 subscribers and 0 videos when I started using it. From DECEMBER 5TH TO MAY 13TH, I built that channel from 0 TO 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS AND 10 MILLION VIEWS. TONS OF CLEAN, ORIGINAL CONTENT. MY VOICE. MY COMMUNITY. NO VIOLATIONS. Then MAY 13TH, 2026. YouTube had a verified platform outage. I normally uploaded around 5:40 AM, but YouTube was down. Every upload attempt froze as an UNTITLED VIDEO. I kept retrying for about 20 MINUTES. AROUND 14 UPLOAD ATTEMPTS. Then my 40K CHANNEL WAS TERMINATED FOR CIRCUMVENTION. I DID WHAT YOUR OWN SUPPORT TEAM TOLD ME TO DO. And I got punished for it. CIRCUMVENTION MEANS BYPASSING A TERMINATION. I WASN’T TRYING TO BYPASS ANYTHING. I WENT DIRECTLY TO YOUTUBE AND ASKED FOR HELP. Your own Support team gave me the answer. YOUR TEAM WAS WRONG. I PAID THE PRICE. For 4 months, I have been showing the SUPPORT CHATS, THE OUTAGE, THE TIMELINE, THE CLEAN HISTORY, AND THE GROWTH. STILL NO REAL HUMAN REVIEW. Then you took 40K SUBSCRIBERS, 10 MILLION VIEWS, MONTHS OF WORK, AND AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY away from me. THIS IS FUCKED UP. REVIEW THE SUPPORT CHATS. REVIEW THE MAY 13TH OUTAGE. 🚨YouTube please stop ignoring me and other creators who need help. Please help us. I am stressed and I know other creators are stressed too. Channels getting ripped away. Money getting ripped away. Strikes landing with no warning. People abusing the copyright system. Creators sitting there every day wondering if their channels are safe or if their hard work is permanently gone. Please stop only helping the bigger creators and help us all. YouTube Support told me I was good.
Trust and Safety came behind them 6 months later and took everything anyway. That is two teams running two different YouTubes. 
And I am the one who lost my channel because of it. This was not normal circumvention.
Your May 13 outage caused it.
Uploads failed. Untitled errors. I retried because YOUR platform was down. Then you called those failed retries circumvention. One team said “yes, your other channels are fine.” 
The other team banned me like that chat never happened. If Support can say you’re fine, Trust and Safety should not be able to take it with no explanation. 
If Trust and Safety can take it, Support should not be able to tell creators they are safe. Pick one. Stop punishing creators for listening to your own Support team. You lead us to listen to Support then punish us for following support. Why? It has been 4 months since May 13 to today and I’ve been stressed the entire time. I wasted 5 months of my life everyday thinking I was ok build a channel to 40k after support said I was fine then it got ripped away by your trust and safety team. Now you won’t help? I listened to your team then got everything I had on YouTube removed because of it. Review the chat.

THE CHANNEL WAS NOT REMOVED DURING ANY OF THESE UPLOADS. ZERO VIOLATIONS. CLEAN HISTORY ON THIS CHANNEL. ADVANCED FEATURES APPROVED. EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THEN YOUR PLATFORM OUTAGE CAME ON MAY 13TH, 2026. YouTube went down and my uploads kept failing and appearing as UNTITLED UPLOADS. I kept retrying for 20 MINUTES. THEN I WAS TERMINATED FOR CIRCUMVENTION. A SUCCESSFUL CHANNEL WAS GONE DURING YOUR OWN OUTAGE. Then a month later, you removed every other channel I had too. WHY DID YOU TAKE EVERYTHING AFTER YOUR OWN SUPPORT TEAM TOLD ME I WAS FINE? I HAVE THE PROOF. REVIEW THE CHAT LOGS ON MY ACCOUNT IN YOUR SYSTEM. YouTube please give our channels back. all of us creators on here are begging for a real review because we’ve spent way too much time building our channels to what they were, then you just remove them carelessly without thinking about what happens to the creator who spent so much time building it. PLEASE HELP US. This is what happened to me… my first channel had 11 months of clean content and zero violations. during a Roblox event, i made videos saying “if you need help with an item, i’ll help you if you follow me on Roblox.” it was optional. i never linked Roblox or showed the app — just gameplay and my username on screen. i did it for 5 days. the event ended, and the next morning my channel was terminated. instead of a warning, everything i owned was banned. almost everyone on YouTube tells viewers to follow them somewhere else, including platforms that take viewers away from YouTube. some creators promote or link to much worse things and are still allowed to create. i lost 67K subscribers across channels i built from 0 → 25K, 0 → 40K and 0 → 2K. 17 months of straight work gone. my 40K channel was especially painful. i asked YouTube Support multiple times if i could continue using my pre-existing channel created 7 months before my termination. they told me yes. i followed what they told me and built it to 40K, 10M views, 1K+ uploads and zero violations, then it was terminated for circumvention during the May 13th outage. us creators are humans. we make mistakes. PLEASE GIVE US A REAL HUMAN REVIEW BEFORE OUR WORK IS WIPED AWAY.

NOVEMBER 24TH–29TH: I made CTA content for an in-game event → my channel went 7K → 25K SUBSCRIBERS → the event ended and I planned to return to normal content → TERMINATED FOR INCENTIVE ENGAGEMENT + OFF-PLATFORM REDIRECTING. APPEAL DENIED IN 9 MINUTES. Then DECEMBER 2ND, I asked Support if I was okay to continue using my pre-existing second channel. THEY SAID YES. I asked again. THEY CONFIRMED I WAS FINE. 6 MONTHS OF CLEAN CONTENT. 1K+ VIDEOS. POSTING EVERY DAY. Then YouTube had its PLATFORM OUTAGE → 20 MINUTES OF FAILED UPLOAD ATTEMPTS → the channel was terminated ONE MINUTE AFTER MY LAST ATTEMPT → APPEAL DENIED IN 2 HOURS. The appeal didn’t let me submit PHOTOS OR VIDEOS TO SHOW MY PROOF. I spent the next month trying to contact YouTube on X. NO HELP. THEN JUNE 8TH CAME, AND YOUTUBE WIPED THE REST. I had 6 other channels 5 had no content and just existed. 8 CHANNELS GONE. 3 I WORKED ON HARD. 5 THAT JUST EXISTED. NOW I HAVE NOTHING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. PLEASE REVIEW MY CASE.
