The SW has the most gullible, impressionable and self-hating youths in the entire country.
Their counterparts from other regions have realized this so they guide and use them like pawns and puppets for their own agendas.
Alot must be done to change this unfortunate situation.

OBASANJO SPEAKS TO THE MINDSET OF YORUBAS
OBASANJO: Taking your culture seriously, if anybody says your identity, does not matter, then he wants to enslave you.
why is it important? Because our culture, our tradition, they all embrace the totality of our way of life. They include our language, our food, our dress, our greetings, our all that. And therefore, they actually determine who we are.
It is what differentiates us from other people. It is what determines who we are. Once who we are is extinguished or destroyed, then we are nobody. And you know, that’s the way to enslave any group of people, just obliterate their identity.
That’s why you have people who originally came from Nigeria, from Yorubaland, now they are Mr. Stone in America. Their identity have been destroyed through slavery.”

Don’t let hypocrites and liars gaslight you! The longest recorded doctors’ strike in human history took place in Anambra State during the wicked regime of @PeterObi.
The packaged fraud and his minions now tell you he will establish primary healthcare facilities in every ward, but during his eight years as governor, instead of building hospitals, he converted state funds into dollars and stashed them in banks where he held shares and financial interests.
Never vote for wolves in sheep’s clothing!

Ogori Magogo are Akoko gbangiri people and a Yoruba people.
The only written book on Amazon currently about the history and identity of the Ogori Magongo and their Yoruba identity was written by the late Olu Magongo of Magongo.
I have a copy and I have read it in and out.
We have Ogori members as TYF members and part of the ruling house.
Don’t do this again.
Stick to Igala and stay away from Yorubasphere. Ogori-Magongo are Yorubas.

The Nigerian House of Saudi Arabia belonged to Western region of Awolowo & was built with revenue from Cocoa & our fathers' taxes. It was formally 'WESTERN REGION HOUSE' just like the one in London too.
The unitary system empowered the Military to take over the House & 'Nigerianize' it. Its a verifiable fact that it is Yoruba property.

Na this kind people I dey want that Victor Banjo treatment for.
My culture can accommodate whoever is not a threat to me. How is that hard to understand?
Did a British man claim my land is no man's land because I married them? Or want to rule me on my land? Did a foreigner produce fake medications to kpai my people just to make money?
The "Balógun" in his name has declined so much that if his ancestors have the power. They'll just recall the name.
Liberal fool.

After you guys have made interesting marital choices, you’ll start looking for how to destroy Yoruba identity/society so as to accommodate your choices. Lol.
Baba Chika, please stop repeating half baked propaganda about Yoruba people.
Do you know how crazy it is that some of the tribal identities we are so fixated on were engineered by Oyinbo?
Let’s use the “Yoruba peoples” tribal identity as an instance.
The Yoruba tribal peoplehood was artificially engineered for easier colonial administration.
We were not a monolithic group. The Ẹkiti, Òndó, Ìjẹ̀bú, Ẹgba, Ìjẹ̀ṣà, Ìgbómìnà and others were not always “Yorubas.”
If you time-travelled to 1825 and insisted that an Ẹgba person was Yoruba, they might not only be confused — it is likely that they could be offended.
Treating Yoruba as an ancient, primordial tribe is anachronistic and historically indefensible.
It is well documented that the word “Yoruba” was an exonym — a tag given by outsiders. Ahmad Baba of Timbuktu used “Yariba” around 1613–1615 for the Oyo. Northern traders (Hausa and others) applied it specifically to the Oyo peoples.
In fact, there is no evidence of self-use of the word Yoruba by the precolonial Oyo peoples themselves as a broad ethnic label, and none whatsoever among the non-Oyo groups.
During the Kiriji Wars (1877–1893), the Ẹkiti-Parapọ alliance (Ẹkiti, Ìjẹ̀ṣà and allies including elements of Ìjẹ̀bú, Ẹgba, Ìgbómìnà and others) fought the Ibadan military state (heir to Oyo imperial power) for autonomy. It was not Yoruba fighting Yoruba — they were independent nations fighting to protect their sovereignty.
So how did everyone become Yoruba?
The colonialists homogenized all of us by mechanically standardizing the Ọ̀yọ́-Ìbàdàn speech into a uniform, artificial written language called Yorùbá Àjùmọ̀lò.
Samuel Ajayi Crowther’s 1843 Vocabulary of the Yoruba Language (and subsequent Bible work) was based on the Oyo dialect. To save money on printing Bibles and schoolbooks, European recategorized distinct languages as “local dialects.”
Then, through Lord Lugard’s Native Authority system after the 1914 Amalgamation (formalized in the Native Authority Ordinance of 1916 and later revisions), the British state turned this missionary work into a tool of governance.
Our ancestors became stuck in rigid “tribal” census categories, they appointed standardized rulers to collect taxes, and turned sovereign citizens of independent city-states and republics into predictable, manageable colonial subjects.
Yes, this identity is real today. But its reality is relatively modern, administrative, and politically charged, not primordial.
Many of us mistakenly wear our tribal identity as though it were a sacrosanct, eternal or primordial delineation: it is not.
Like the Yoruba tribal categorization, many others are just neat little folders they fostered to organize us.
If it was a bond formed for your enemy’s convenience, then it is malleable enough to be reformed for strategic survival, defense, and collective prosperity.
