This is an interesting use of a miRNA as a protein recruiting element in a degrader to take out Lin28. Delivery challenges always the issue with this type of thing, but still pretty neat.

First up in this session, @pottslab showed two nice examples of proximity induction that do not lead to degradation: a KIF18A-tubulin stabilizing molecular glue and a "LOCKTAC" that plugs up PRMT5 with MTA.

Such an elegant idea from the Gray lab! Target two nucleophiles simultaneously to reduce the probability of resistance mutation formation. Dielectrophiles were previously reported, but to my knowledge not in the context of avoiding resistance. Very cool.
