Every meaningful change begins with people who believe in a purpose. At Magic Bus India Foundation, that belief brings us together every day. It's about showing up with empathy, staying committed through challenges, and finding meaning in the small steps that lead to lasting change. We are delighted to share that Magic Bus has been recognised as India's Best NGOs to Work For, a milestone that reflects the people and culture behind our collective journey. It is the dedication of our teams, their consistent efforts, the passion they bring to their work, and their shared belief in our mission that make this journey meaningful. Every idea, every effort, every collaboration, and every step forward has helped shape the workplace we are proud to be part of today. As we look back at the milestones we have achieved together, we also look ahead with renewed ambition - to keep learning, growing, supporting one another and creating an environment where our people can thrive as they contribute to a larger purpose. Because at Magic Bus, the impact we aspire to create for children and young people begins with the people who make it possible. Here’s to our people, the culture we continue to nurture, and the many possibilities we will create together. 💛

The week of giving begins today. ✨ Daan Utsav reminds us that giving isn’t always about how much we give, but about the difference we choose to make. This week, let’s come together, give with purpose and be the change we wish to see. On 2nd October, as we remember Gandhiji and his enduring belief in service, compassion and collective action, let’s carry that spirit forward through acts of kindness that create meaningful change. Seven days. Countless ways to give. One chance to make a difference. Join the week of giving! #DaanUtsav #MagicBus #WeekOfGiving #Donatenow #BeTheChange

In Jite and Kusumbale, our Community Coordinators associated with the JSW Aspire Programme took the lead in mobilising communities and facilitating health camps focused on preventive healthcare. Across both villages, 150 community members participated, accessing basic health check-ups, guidance and consultation. Beyond the camps, the initiative demonstrates the value of community participation and local facilitation in addressing issues at the grassroots. Because meaningful social action begins when communities are not just part of the conversation, but part of the action. @JSWFoundation #JSWAspire #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #Partnership #CommunityParticipation #SocialActionTask #CommunityLedChange

Magic Bus organised Yuva Srujan, a convening that celebrated the impact of the Safe, Vibrant & Healthy Public Spaces (SVHPS) Project, implemented in collaboration with WRI India and supported by Fondation Botnar. It was a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when young people are trusted to lead. Through Youth Clubs and School Adolescent Cabinets across 10 schools in Jaipur, adolescents strengthened their leadership, confidence, and ability to shape safer, healthier, and more inclusive spaces in their communities. Together with government stakeholders and partners, we also explored how these approaches can continue to inspire change long after the project concludes. At Magic Bus, we believe that meaningful partnerships don't just create impact for today, they empower the next generation to lead tomorrow. #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #YouthLeadership #PartnershipsForImpact #WRIIndia #SocialImpact #YouthEmpowerment #CommunityDevelopment #TogetherForChange

We are pleased to announce the renewal of our MoU with the School Education Department, Mizoram, reaffirming our shared commitment to strengthening Life Skills and 21st Century Skills education across the state. Through this partnership, Magic Bus will support teachers through curriculum development, training, classroom implementation, monitoring and assessment, helping make Life Skills education more active, participatory and impactful. Conservation begins with awareness and grows through action.🌱 On #WorldNatureConservationDay, schools and communities became spaces for adolescents to explore what it means to care for the planet. Through paper bag-making, poster-making, and slogan-writing activities, students reflected on reducing plastic use, planting trees, saving water, protecting biodiversity, and keeping their surroundings clean. At Magic Bus, these experiences go beyond environmental awareness. Integrated into our Future Skills curriculum, Green Skills help adolescents connect everyday choices with larger environmental challenges while building critical thinking, collaboration, communication, decision-making, and a sense of responsibility. With 2,886 adolescents and 340 teachers and Magic Bus Life Skills Educators engaged, we are helping young people become not just future-ready, but planet-ready. Because preparing young people for tomorrow also means empowering them to build a more sustainable world today. #WorldNatureConservationDay #GreenSkills #FutureSkills #LifeSkills #FutureReadyYouth #Sustainability #MagicBusIndia
