I had the privilege of delivering the Keynote Address at CII Madurai Connect, where I shared perspectives on the evolving landscape of AI and GCCs, covering both the opportunities and challenges ahead. I also highlighted why an augmented approach to AI adoption, bringing together people, processes, technology and AI, will be critical for enterprises to scale AI effectively. I also spoke about the growth of Tamil Nadu’s GCC ecosystem, with a particular focus on Madurai’s immense potential to emerge as a Nano GCC hub and potentially reach 100 GCCs by 2027. Madurai has the talent, education and industrial ecosystem. The opportunity now is to convert that potential into momentum. Two priorities can help accelerate this journey: 1️⃣ Build the right infrastructure and social ecosystem to support sustained GCC growth. 2️⃣ Identify Madurai’s global anchors, the sons and daughters of the soil and empower them to carry the “Madurai Card” into global boardrooms. @CII4SR | @Guidance_TN
