The fastest way to build an audience is to pick an enemy and attack it in public relentlessly.
An enemy doesn't have to be a person. It can be a belief, a way of doing things, an institution or a popular practice in your industry.
Share your unpopular opinions boldly and watch how many fans you pick up along the way.

"But I'm not an expert yet."
Nobody is on day one. The way people become experts is by publishing their confusion in public until it turns into clarity. You don't wait for expertise. You write your way to it and document the process.

Ask buyers why they bought.
Ask non-buyers why they did not.

You will never feel financially ready to quit.
There is no number that makes the fear go away. The people who leap do it with six months saved and a knot in their stomach. The people who wait for certainty wait forever.
You don't "find" certainty.
You bulid it.

PR is having a moment.
AI engines have put media coverage back in the marketing spotlight.
“Earned media provides third-party proof and credibility, and it backs up what the company is saying about itself. That’s powerful.”

🚨 SOMEONE JUST KILLED THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
A guy scanned an entire house with his phone. Uploaded it.
Now anyone on Earth can walk through it in a browser tab. No app. No VR. No agent. No appointment.
Click → you’re inside. Every room. Every angle. Every shadow. Photoreal.
The numbers are insane:
- Agent fee on a $500k home: $15,000
- Cost to make this scan: ~$200
- Time to “tour” 50 houses: one evening
- File size: smaller than a TikTok
The science is wild too:
It’s called 3D Gaussian Splatting instead of polygons (how games render), it uses millions of tiny glowing “splats” of color and depth.
AI reconstructs reality from your photos. The result loads on a phone and looks like you’re THERE.
The grift opportunity is even wilder:
Freelancers are already charging $300–$800 per scan for realtors, Airbnbs, venues, car dealers, museums.
One person + one phone + one weekend = a business.

While social isn’t going away, how journalists use it is changing.
Muck Rack’s State of Journalism report highlights a few key shifts:
1️⃣ Fewer journalists rely on social for reporting (down to 21%)
2️⃣ But it remains critical for promotion (45%)
3️⃣ Platform value is shifting — LinkedIn is gaining trust, while others are losing ground
4️⃣ Safety concerns are shaping how journalists show up and engage online
Social is becoming less about sourcing stories for journalists and more about promotion.

If Starlink connectivity can reach a $50 per month price point….
the system our agency uses to produce ad creatives for paying b2b clients is now written down in a free doc.
it's a claude code build. one intake form takes the icp, pain, offer and cta, and it returns 100+ finished meta statics, each one a different concept with the message designed inside the artwork.
the doc is the full build, not a summary:
> all 20 prompts in build order, each a complete brief you paste as written
> the 80-entry template and visual metaphor library, with the seed entries claude code expands for you
> the fire-and-forget layer, so batches finish with the laptop closed and archive themselves before provider links expire
> a worked example from a real ad copy to a folder your media buyer can upload straight to ads manager
the wall in this video came off one run. the whole build takes about 2 hours.
like + comment "ENGINE" and i'll dm you the doc. (following + rt for priority access)

In 2025, I began investigating the “drowning” deaths of three young men; two of whom were last seen at the Brooklyn Mirage nightclub. I only released four episodes because I’m STILL waiting on the NYPD to fulfill the FOIL requests I submitted in August 2025. Nearly a year later, I haven’t even received a response. But connect these dots…
Before today's arrest, Frank Carone had deep ties to Brooklyn Mirage. He represented owner Avant Gardner as an attorney before joining Eric Adams' administration, then returned after leaving City Hall as a paid government-relations consultant while the venue fought SLA problems, horrible press from the deaths of John Castic and Karl Clemente, the kidnapping of a doctor outside the venue, and multiple overdoses. Avant Gardner went bankrupt and was closed for years. Apparently, the venue was renovated and is now under new ownership, reopening this summer.
And there’s this…
Former NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban’s twin brother, James Caban, was a well-known “fixer” for NYC nightclubs. Both brothers were named in the 2024 indictment involving Mayor Eric Adams’ administration.
