Make a difference - Put a £1 in the pot 🤝 Trevor Edwards long-standing Hednesford Town supporter will be completing a sponsored 5km Park Run/Walk on Saturday 1st August 2026 in aid of Lou Macari MBE homeless charity The Macari Centre ❤️ Following Trevor's completion, he will be collecting donations from Hednesford supporters at Keys Park for our game against Boston United on Saturday 🔜  At half-time, Trevor will be walking around the ground taking donations from supporters 🤝 He has already raised £241.20 from the half-time collection at our game against Chasetown 🙌

I want to wish our new PM all the very best with his pledge today to end rough sleeping in the UK. A huge task, but one worthy of his attention

Thanks to everyone who engaged with this post from Friday night. You'll want to know that Lou is due on the @BBCBreakfast sofa at 7:15 on Monday morning on BBC One talking MBE, homeless, and Scotland in the World Cup

🎖️ An MBE for Lou Macari! The embargo is lifted - “for services to football and to homeless people in Stoke-on-Trent”. A privilege to have filmed with him on a number of occasions for BBC Breakfast. And the manager of my favourite Stoke City team in the 90s

Thank you so much to the Scottish Football Supporters Association after they voted me their Hero of the Year for our work at the Macari Centre. An honour for me to receive this from the fans of a game that gave me so much and a pleasure to meet Paul Goodwin, founder of the SFSA
