The healing power of play
In our Child Life and Therapeutic Recreation playroom sessions, patients get a chance to set worries aside and just be kids—playing, connecting with peers, and exploring creativity in a safe, supportive environment that promotes development and healing.
In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy, MWPH partnered with the Y of Central Maryland to support the Druid Hill MLK Day Community Cleanup. Together, we rolled up our sleeves to care for our neighborhood, because service is love in action. #Baltimore
