My 16u group finished their summer season this past weekend. Ended with a 21-12 record overall and 7-2 to end the second half of summer.
Coachable, hard working, talented are all words to describe these athletes. Keep them on your radar and check out their school ball seasons!! @TeamOKBB @PRO16League
June ball was great for this program! So much experienced gained in these last few weeks. We are excited for season! 🏀 #TigersBasketball

Your culture doesn't automatically change because you do a book study, a team-building activity, bring in different players, paint the locker room, get new uniforms, or put a slogan on a t-shirt. Culture changes when the standards are lived out and reinforced EVERY DAY.

Who you Hang with Matters.
Hang with selfish people -> Become selfish
Hang with selfless people -> Become selfless
Hang with negative people -> Become negative
Hang with positive people -> Become positive
Hang with those who will help you achieve your dreams!

Sometimes toughness looks like playing hard for 40 minutes, but sometimes toughness looks like cheering your teammates on from the bench.
In any circumstance, toughness is an option.
Toughness is about the effort, not the role.
