I just can’t get on board with saying the medical therapy was poor in COAPT, but I’m not the expert here. @GreggWStone and @LindenfeldJoann could answer much better. Further, 2 randomized trials failed to show benefit for MVr w/wo CABG Finally, MITRA-FR patients were much sicker
