The problem with buying Unity stock is you know they're gonna release some different incompatible stock in a year and then drop support for the stock you bought even though the new stock is in preview and has a bunch of missing features

Bummed about this. IMO Torch was the right product at the wrong time - the big tech companies are going to essentially rebuild this once they launch their big AR plays. Saddened but not surprised that investors couldn't see value in staking out that territory early & iterating.

Some whalie bad news... Today will be my last at Magic Leap with the recent announcement of mass layoffs. I've achieved and learned so much during my time here and wanted to say thank you to all my colleagues and to the developers/ creators and dreamers I've met along the way
