Long term follow up PERSEUS
➡️Median follow up ~7 years Dara-RVD showed better PFS of 81% vs. 56% with better MRD negativity at both 10-5 and 10-6 sensitivity thresholds (lower numbers with high risk disease)
➡️~ 3 out of 4 DVRd-DR patients receiving maintenance achieved 12-month sustained MRD negativity, with subsequent discontinuation of daratumumab
