Has anyone used the ‘Adult Speech Therapy Workbook’ available to purchase on Etsy? Myself and a colleague are interesting in purchasing as it looks fab but wondered if anyone had used them and could offer their opinion! #slt #speechtherapy

Calling all #SLT #SLPs : Do you use the citric acid test in practice to support #dysphagia diagnosis? If so, do you find it effective and useful? If no, is this because of contraindications/limited evidence or other reasons? Thank you!

Would anyone be willing to share their go to/frequently used #dysarthria interventions post-stroke/for non-progressive dysarthria? (I know it is person and presentation specific but any favourite therapies or intervention generally would be great).

Myself and my extended family have started an ‘isolation family bake off’. Each of us takes a day to cook or bake, and we then leave it on our grandparents doorstep. The grandparents are the judges and will decide who is star baker for the week.

This means our grandparents get a cooked meal and dessert everyday as they are at extremely high risk and so can’t leave the home, and we can have a bit of fun baking/cooking to fill the time. Win win!

Just completed my first 2 proper #LSVT sessions. All I can say is I’m exhausted and thank goodness for LSVT companion. Really excited to see the progress made over the course of the treatment! #mysltday

Despite all of the self doubt and anxiety over the past 2 years, I am thrilled to find out I will be graduating with a distinction in speech and language therapy. Worked in a wonderful team for 2 months & just waiting for HCPC to confirm me as a fully qualified SLT. 🥳 #mySLTday
