It was a pleasure to have @MinteerLab visit at @UArkansas Chemistry & Biochemistry today. Thanks for the engaging science and for taking the time to inspire and advise our students - sorry to the folks who left before the photo!
Many thanks to Prof. Bo Zhang (@UWChemistry) for sharing his advice with our graduate students today. Looking forward to his seminar later today.
Thanks to all the @Warwick_Echem alumni and friends that were able to virtually join in celebrating @Patrick_Unwin's election as a Fellow of @royalsociety & to run 5K. Great to see so many faces from all over the world and from so many different eras together at one time.
Congratulations to our talented graduate student Mosi @Mostafa_9775 on being awarded the Barrett S. and Peggy S. Duff Doctoral Fellowship in Chemistry, awarded by the department of Chemistry, in @uarkfulbright. Just reward for his hard work and dedication.
These rockstars crushed in the @electroanalysis student session at @Pittcon . The morning just flew by. The future of electrochemistry is in good hands. Thanks @Kristen_Alanis for the photo
Grad student Mosi's hard work paid off, winning 1st prize in the @UArkansas @3MT_official competition. His presentation on electrochem. for eco-friendly concrete production (collab w/ @Matt_Glasscott, @ArmyERDC), clearly communicated his high-quality science to a general audience
(1/2)After a challenging week, nothing beats watching your mentees excel. @materia1013 crushed his group meeting presentation on a challenging topic, members gave supportive constructive feedback and demonstrated their e'chem chops, Mostafa (Mosi) Mahmoudi wins 3-MT 1st prize...
It was our pleasure to host @DickLab_Purdue at @UArkansas for the last couple of days. Thanks for being such a good sport and engaging with all the students. Sorry for the back of head shot, but it was the only way to show how engaged they were.

I include this in our analytical chemistry class, but it was a first when I showed some colleagues.
PS: If you like Anscombe's quartet, have you seen the datasaurus dozen?! Again, same stats (means, SDs, correlation, ...). Original ref. (I think): autodesk.com/research/public…

The @MEdwardsLab (& partners) see your #babyyoda #pumpkincarving and raise it! Impressively, Olivia's baby yoda (2nd from left) was hand drawn. Big congrats to Mosi and Eugene on embracing new traditions with their first pumpkin carving experience.
All the group are excited to have completed the install + training for our newest tool. The @Park_Systems NX12 AFM/SICM/SECCM unlocks exciting new nanoelectrochemical possibilities for us. Thanks Ben Schoenek for the crash course over the last few days.
Congrats to group member Rudy Acosta (@materia1013) has been announced as one of the 2022 @ACS Graduate Student Recognition Program Award winners "Leadership in the Promotion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Respect" acs.org/content/acs/en/fundi… His advocacy for #LatineScience ...
End of the Summer fun with the group. Enjoyed introducing them to one of my passions outside of science. #ProfsWhoClimb
