Maryland’s farmers and farm workers keep our economy and our communities going. We’re committed to supporting our agricultural and forestry sectors—along with our tourism, restaurant, and food industries—even as fuel prices rise nationwide.
The executive order I signed last week allows farm and forest haulers to temporarily use dyed diesel on the road and to haul heavier loads, so that they’re able to make the most of this harvest.
