Harvard's endowment grew to $53 billion this year.
Yet our grad students- who work incredibly hard as our teaching fellows have to go on strike for reasonable pay and benefits.
The admin can and should better- it's not like they can't afford to.

Did you know @UMassAmherst pays $95 MILLION every year in debt services for the institutional debt the campus is in 😮🥴
and this gets shrugged off to students as $4,100/yr in FEES. This isn't money students pay for their education– it's what they're paying for campuses debt!
