Beware: Votesafe is not an official site. It's owned by Elon Musk and one of his SuperPACs. It vacuums up your data for who knows what. And it won't let you register to vote. Caveat Emptor. yahoo.com/news/politics/arti…

UPDATE: Rachel Alexander’s scheduled change-of-plea hearing was continued today after I watched her attorney request, and the court grant, a continuance. I’m working to confirm the reason for the continuance and the new hearing date.

Just 13% of Americans said they were worse off financially under Trump before the 2018 midterms. 48% say this now, the highest in polls since 1986. From our Washington Post-ABC News-Ipsos poll washingtonpost.com/politics/…

🇺🇸🇮🇱 Trump just endorsed Netanyahu for Israeli PM knowing FULL WELL it’s political suicide for every Republican on the ballot. Joe Kent, fmr. Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, had one question: “Why is he making these decisions? That’s one of the biggest questions of our time.” The Israel lobby has that much control over an American president. Kent broke down exactly how we got here. The Iraq War created the migrant crisis now burning French cities. The Iran war is doing the same thing. And the GOP Senate majority just went from 72% likely to 35% since it started. We bomb their countries. Then we invite them to ours. Kent calls it “fight them and invite them” and it’s the most honest summary of U.S. foreign policy in decades. @joekent16jan19

This may be the greatest example of political projection in American history. Well done, JD! 😸
The reason so many Democrats are clamoring about voter fraud and claiming President Trump is trying to steal the election is they've seen the internal polling, they know they're in trouble, and they're preparing to cast doubts about their losses.

This graph from the @washingtonpost poll shows why the 2026 midterms are not like the 2018 midterms. They are much worse. In 2018, voters gave the economy a 65% positive job rating. in 2018, voters were not voting on the economy, they were just turned off by Trump and his actions. In 2026, 60% of voters in our @WSJ poll say Trump's economic policies have made the economy worse. So the 2026 midterms are much worse for the GOP because the economy numbers are worse, Trump's job rating is worse and the popularity of the Republican Party is worse. It is a perfect storm. As @CharlieCookDC has said, this is less of a traditional Blue Wave than a Red Undertow

For years, the GOP screamed about George Soros's midterm spending (which peaked at $128M in 2022). Fast forward to 2026: Elon Musk drops $276M, more than DOUBLE Soros's record. Crickets. Maybe it was never about "big money in politics"—it was about who controls the checkbook.

And, unlike Trump, Newsom didn't rant and rave like a toddler over the decision. And you clearly know better Mike, calling them "Obama" or "Trump" judges is an insult. Jurists should be following the law and Constitution. You are warping low-information folks.
