3 hours until our 100km #LondonNightrider for @LHM_UK
My nephew, Sonny, has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and although everyone will do what they can to make his life a special one, it is still expected to be shortened by this defect.

Quite possibly the hardest challenge to date. I was so under prepared for it (my fault) but there was no way I wasn't finishing. People with HLHS and their families have to go through much tougher challenges in life!

Another fantastic twilight session completed this evening. If your child/children fancy taking part or having a go at Tri-Golf, then come to Testlands Hub on a Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm and join @TestlandsB to take advantage of his expertise. #freesports #greatputt #PhysicalActivity
