I was born with Spina Bifida. It doesn’t define me but is part of who I am. Growing up, I needed to see people like me. There weren’t many on the telly - but there was @Tanni_GT - she gave me hope.

I don’t know Margaret but she just stopped me in the street and said “I’ve seen what’s going on and it’s not right. You should feel safe in this country and I want you to know I’m not racist.” You might think how can I possibly make a difference? She did in her own little way.
