Hearing a lot from many about @cheaptrick cancelling all shows next year. But still nothing on any of their official outlets. With so much disinformation out there I will hold out hope until it comes from them and hope for the best. One of the greats for sure and I hope they are all well.

Been digging into Herbert’s numbers this season. Remember when McDaniel talked about creating more “layups” to make his job easier? Here’s how that’s working out. 2025 vs. 2026 (first 6 games) Passes behind the line of scrimmage: Share of attempts: 11.3% up to 22.9% Yards per attempt: 7.2 down to 2.8 Completion rate: 90.5% down to 75.0% Short passes (0-9 yards): Completion rate: 81.1% down to 70.3% CPOE: +5.5% down to -3.7% The premise was to make Herbert’s job easier. But the entire short passing game is a dumpster fire. Six games in, the system isn’t delivering. Can we right the ship during the bye? #boltup
