My sourdough pizza dough recipe for 3-300 gram dough balls. Save it. Make it. Tweak it. Try adding some Raw Honey 😉 No fancy gear needed. Hand mixing & stretch and folds is fine. 3 day cold ferment is so tasty!

Richard Riehle had so many great roles. He will always be be Bob Bigalow from Deuce Bigalow, to me. That movie is one of my favorites. Years later he shows up as Santa Claus in the Santa Paws movie which my daughters loved. Rest in Peace Richard and thank you.
