Hungary has a fascist leader. Sweden's far right party just won. And Italy has now elected a fascist leader.
80 years after WW2, fascism is rising across Europe. And if Americans aren't careful, MAGA GOP will usher in that same fascism here. We cannot let that happen.

An openly fascist party has won the election in Italy and I fear that this will become the trend in the Western world. As capitalism is in crisis, our nations will move from covert fascism to that of overt fascism.
It is our duty to oppose this by any means necessary

"When we say ‘traditional’ we mean that it’s based on a strong cultural background and in history, but traditional African dance is in fact contemporary. It’s rooted in improvisation. It’s constantly evolving.”

.@LuaShayenne is donning the hat of producer/curator to launch a festival that celebrates Black women dancers. Shayenne has named it Yensa, drawing on a word that means “let’s dance” from her mother, singer Ranzie Mensah’s West African Fanti heritage.
