*Thank you, Andrew: A true hero honoured:*
Volunteer security guard Andrew Franks, 53, has received a Pride of Britain Award for Outstanding Bravery after confronting the terrorist at Manchester's Heaton Park synagogue on Yom Kippur last year.
Unarmed, he was stabbed three times by Jihad al-Shamie, suffering life-changing injuries. He still managed to push back the attacker and shout "Lock the doors!", giving worshippers vital time to barricade themselves inside.
Andrew's 80-year-old father Ellis held his wounds until paramedics arrived. He was rushed to hospital, where he died three times on the operating table during lifesaving surgery.
Extraordinary courage. A deeply deserved honour. Thank you,

Last Saturday our lovely 36 year old daughter in law died after a long battle with breast cancer.
She leaves a grieving husband and three children aged 2-7.
If any of my followers felt able to contribute even a small amount to the Go Fund Me to help support them in the months ahead we’d be enormously grateful.
