This symbol, the Dominarian Mist Moon surrounded by moon dogs, is the canonical symbol of Svyelun, and I am so happy to finally have this tattoo finished!
I want to post a bunch of clown emojis and "honk honk", but at this point it's not even funny anymore because it's just the new operating standard for WotC. When you're printing twice as many sets a year, you need to be willing to ban cards *twice* as fast, not *half* as fast😑

Something else I didn't think of - Foil commons & uncommons will now be on the level of rarity as Serialized cards lmao. Since they only exist in Collector boosters, and the quantity of those is fixed & not print to demand like reg boosters, there are fixed qtys of those foils!
This 2015 Modern event in Harrison, VA is happening on Oct 17th and I am planning to be there! If you're anywhere in the area, you should come play! They are even offering loaner decks for this so there's no excuse not to :p

So I guess the optimal strategy for winning a big Sealed event now is to just be the 1/167 people who open a God pack and have an extra 14 bombs in their pool. Neat. Also, we may be returning to the era of 15-20$ bomb foil commons / uncommons.

Never let it be said that I am not fair in my criticisms of WotC; this was genuinely a 'w' and they deserve praise for it. The *best* outcome for a proper capital 'W' would have been not to F up in the first place, but alas.

Is the Stupid Juice included with the shot glass, or do you have to buy that separately too?
Rockstar has revealed a GTA 6 collectors box for $400 — it does not include the game.
• A 6-inch Macca the Gator figure with a stash compartment
• GTA VI Oakley Frogskins sunglasses with Prizm Sapphire lenses
• A New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback hat
• A Leonida Keys crossbody bag
• A Macca the Gator magnetic mirror
• A Chunkee the Manatee shot glass
• A Vice City swizzle spoon
• A Vice City razor blade keychain
• Nine Leonida Keys enamel pins in a metal tin
• Stickers in a stash bag
• A double-sided poster with a full map of Leonida on the back
Shoutout to whomever it was at Wizards of the Coast who had the lightbulb to release Part 10 of the Reality Fracture story, aka 'Happy Birthday', today alongside Part 9 instead of *tomorrow*. Narrowly dodged that bullet lmao
Coverage from the 2015 Biweekly on Saturday! We had a great variety of decks get featured here :)

I want to take a moment and thank @GavinVerhey for actually listening to the community and acknowledging the problems the original approach would have had. We can debate on individual cards, but this is the correct way to manage a format - w/ consistency.

I totally agree with this take. If you want to exclude cards like Price of Progress and Baleful Strix, ban them.
Why are we deciding that SLZ's rarity doesn't count, when products like the Turtle Team Up Box and Commander Precons with even LESS meaningful rarities DO count?
Zeta should be judged by what it is, not by the Secret Lair label.
Apply Pauper rules, evaluate cards case by case, ban where needed.
Don’t close the door on the format’s future.

Ended up 3rd place with Naya Blitz. The deck felt extremely good; you just have to mull every hand that doesn't have a T1 play. The last match I needed to topdeck Searing Spear, Gruul Charm to kill the spirits, or Boros Charm, and missed. Opponent topdecked Decay into Gavony😅
