Maurice Walters says he was pulled off a family cruise in handcuffs and arrested for a crime he didn't commit after police wrongly linked his car to a chase using a Flock camera image. He spent about 12 days in jail before being released on bail, and prosecutors later dismissed the charges. We cannot allow surveillance technology to become a shortcut that bypasses due diligence and destroys innocent lives.
