Yesterday Emily and I joined @LondonAssembly Health Committee as they explored violence and aggression against healthcare workers across the capital. A significant issue for us with lasting impact for our people who should be able to go home after their shift without fear of being assaulted or abused while at work.

Along with @ZoeGarbett and @unmeshdesai, I was delighted to meet with representatives from the Association of Swedish local authorities (SALAR) where we discussed common challenges and how our different systems can solve them.

ALT A photo taken outside City Hall of representatives from Salar standing together. Andrew Boff AM and Unmesh Desai are standing at the back, halfway between the right-hand edge and the centre from the group's perspective. The sky is bright, with only a few thin clouds above the group. There are multi-storey buildings in the background, and cable car cables are visible behind the group, to the left from their point of view.
