🌊📑 One day after the DTCC Tokenization Service went live, I found a newly published DTCC Digital patent application with a familiar number in it. If you follow XRP and XLM, you’ll probably recognise the diagram. What caught my eye was why the inventors referred back to it. 👇🏻
🔴 2020 — Figure 7 in Securrency’s application illustrates a transfer from a user on Stellar to a user on the Ripple ledger. In 2021, that application became U.S. Patent 11,038,718. That’s the number highlighted in orange at the top of the collage.
🔵 2025 — Look at Figure 17. The same Stellar-to-Ripple route appears again in Dan Doney’s DTCC Digital application, filed in November 2024 and published on 6 March 2025.
🟢 28–29 October 2026 — On the 28th, DTC launched the DTCC Tokenization Service. On the 29th, a separate DTCC Digital application became public: Platform and Data Structure for Collateral Mobility, filed by Dan Doney and Joseph Spiro back in January.
👀 Now look at the orange highlight in the bottom row. In the paragraph explaining how a collateral transaction can span different networks, Doney and Spiro explicitly cite 11,038,718 and incorporate it by reference. The dates caught my attention. That citation is what connects the documents.
Why does that matter to the cross-border payments debate? Imagine a bank already holds a Treasury that it can pledge against a derivatives position. Its immediate problem is getting that Treasury to the right party, on the right ledger, before the margin deadline. Claim 15 describes tokenising a collateral asset. Figure 2 links the asset pool to exchange-traded derivatives. That gives us a concrete reason to revisit the old diagram. The same ability to move value across ledgers could also help an institution put an asset it already holds to work.
🌊 Remember Jazzi Cooper calling XRP as collateral for institutional credit a “killer use case”? That raises a separate question about what institutions might pledge. Whether DTCC would accept XRP or XLM as collateral remains open.
🟡 Yellow Network gives us another reason to look beyond payments. Yellow describes state channels where a trader can post collateral once, use it to secure a series of trades, then settle the net result. And look at who backed that idea. Chris Larsen led Yellow’s $10 million seed round, and Yellow’s own white paper lists him as an adviser. Before Ripple, he co-founded E-LOAN and Prosper. For a project working on credit and trading infrastructure, having someone who has actually built lending businesses in its corner carries weight with me.

The media thought he would soften after Tuesday… fold, water it down, bring in the cool kids club and pretend America First was just a campaign slogan you say out loud and then quietly bury. Instead President Trump just named Stephen Miller White House Chief of Staff starting Monday, November 9, and Susie Wiles, who he thanked for an outstanding job, is moving over to the Trump Political Operation.
Miller was already Deputy Chief of Staff and one of Trump's most trusted advisors, the guy who actually worked the border problem while half of Washington prayed he would disappear so they could go back to managing the decline. You don't put Stephen Miller in that chair if you are planning to go soft. You put him there when you are done listening to the paper tigers who spent two years explaining why nothing could get done and why every America First promise needed another meeting, another consultant, another delay.
Here is the reality. After the midterms the uniparty and the legacy media were already writing the script for you… time to compromise, time to govern from the middle, time to throw the people who actually believed the promises overboard so the same cartel that got us here can keep the keys. How is that working out for generational Americans so far? Gaslighting, a stacked deck, and a judiciary that treats you like the slave you are while the people who broke the system get protected. Make no mistake, naming Miller is a signal, and the people who hate it the loudest are telling you exactly why it matters.
I am glad he did it. I want fighters in the room, not handlers. I want the border closed, the law enforced, and the people who spent years calling America First extremism to finally lose the argument inside the building, not just on a rally stage. Think I am wrong about what this means? Show me the last time the cool kids club cheered a Stephen Miller promotion. They are not cheering. That is the point.
@realDonaldTrump keep going. Fill every conservative judge before January 3 while you still can. Put fighters where the cool kids used to sit. No more managed decline dressed up as strategy. Win.

In New Orleans, a tight end for the Chicago Bears stretched out for a touchdown catch in the end zone and came down wrong.
His knee dislocated. An artery behind it tore. At the hospital, he told the doctor one thing.
"Save my leg, please."
Back at the stadium, the referees overturned the touchdown.
His name is Zach Miller.
Here is the whole thing.
Miller was a quarterback in college, at Nebraska Omaha. He had never played tight end. He learned the position from scratch, and the Jacksonville Jaguars drafted him anyway.
Then the injuries started. For years, he missed far more games than he played.
The Bears gave him a chance, and he finally became a starter. Over three seasons in Chicago, he caught 101 passes and 11 touchdowns.
Then came that night against the New Orleans Saints.
The Bears medical staff spotted a problem with the blood flow in his leg almost right away. That quick call got him into emergency surgery, and it saved his leg.
He went through nine surgeries after that.
The NFL later admitted that under its new catch rule, the touchdown would have counted. Even the Saints coach, Sean Payton, said Miller caught it.
By the next summer, nobody knew if he would ever play again. Miller was not ready to give up on it.
"There has not been a definitive, 'You can never do this again.'"
The Bears did not have to do anything for him.
Then general manager Ryan Pace called.
The Bears signed him to a one year contract. It meant he could keep rehabbing at Halas Hall with the team's doctors and trainers, and keep getting paid while he did it.
Miller gave the credit to the family that owns the team.
"That's a testament to the entire organization and the McCaskey family."
"I'm very thankful and just grateful to be a part of this family."
Around that time, he got the feeling back in his foot.
That season, his teammates voted him the winner of the Ed Block Courage Award.
His coach, Matt Nagy, described him as a humble, happy guy who just loves life.
The next spring, he finally said what everyone knew. He could not play anymore.
"To the McCaskey Family and the entire Bears organization, THANK YOU for changing my life!"
Here is the honest part. It was not a huge contract. If he did not play, it paid $458,000.
And the Bears had done something similar years earlier for receiver Johnny Knox, keeping him on the roster through a full season of recovery from a back injury before letting him go.
But the NFL is a business, and nobody would have blamed the Bears for moving on.
They kept him anyway, because he was still one of theirs.

A friend lost $535,000 USDT yesterday, and he even sent a test transfer first. His wallet wasn't hacked and his keys never leaked. He lost it to a bot.
The test transfer arrived fine. Within seconds, a bot sent 1 USDT to his wallet from a fake address that started and ended with the same characters as the real one. Now the fake address was sitting in his transaction history, right next to the real one.
When he went to send the full amount, he copied the address from that history and picked the fake one. The money was gone in under 30 seconds, swapped out of USDT before Tether could freeze it.
This is called address poisoning, and it's running at industrial scale. The bot that got him has run over 6 million transactions, and it goes after anyone moving large amounts.
Here's how to make sure it never happens to you:
• Never copy an address from your transaction history or a block explorer
• After a test transfer, copy the address again from the original message the receiver sent you
• Check every character, because these bots match both the start and the end
• Save verified addresses in your wallet's address book with names
Now open your wallet and go through your history. If there's a tiny deposit from an address you don't recognize, a bot has already marked you. Tell me below if you find one.
