Three women’s names changed between the draft and final voter rolls.
Same EPIC number. Same husband’s name. Same house. Same age. But name changes
Rekharani becomes Lakshmi Devi
Gayashri becomes Meena Devi
Shivrani becomes Neelam
Were these genuine name corrections, or were the IDs reassigned to someone else? The Form 8 records are needed to establish what happened.

The SIR exercise in Uttar Pradesh was completed and the final electoral rolls were published in April 2026. Yet duplicate entries remain unresolved. Wasn’t eliminating duplicate entries one of the central objectives of this entire exercise?
Also, do you understand sarcasm? “Buy one, get one free” was precisely that.
In your own tweet, you acknowledge issuing four voter ID cards with different EPIC numbers to one person. How did four applications in the same person’s name pass scrutiny and result in four separate voter IDs?
Submitting four Form6 applications is wrong. Accepting and processing those duplicate requests exposes an even bigger failure in verification. What is the point of SIR if your system cannot detect repeated applications from the same person? If someone applies for fresh enrolment ten times, will @ECISVEEP issue ten different voter IDs?
Further, according to the Form 9 records uploaded on your own UP CEO website, Mr. Sundar submitted Form 6 on January 6 and again on January 14. We have the data for that booth. These are your own official records. This data was uploaded on your own UP CEO website. Also Please upload all Form9s on your website. Many are still missing. Instead of threatening us, Please put more efforts on fixing the failures instead of threatening citizens who expose them.

On the last date of hearing, the court had stated that it did not find the sureties legitimate enough to be accepted. Today, we produced fresh sureties and brought them to court. When our matter was taken up, the State filed a fresh application, which was served on us at that point. In this application, they sought a further five to seven days of judicial custody. The reasons they gave were absolutely shocking to us. They claimed there was an imminent threat to public order and public tranquillity and that, therefore, the accused needed to remain in judicial custody... It is very unfortunate, and everyone must remember that there is currently no FIR against my clients in connection with this issue. This concerns preventive custody. They have been detained out of fear that they might go and protest. There is no FIR, no pending case against them in this matter, and no investigation for which they need to be questioned. This is absolutely appalling and deeply disturbing. I cannot remember the last time people were kept in preventive custody under such circumstances. We will pursue the matter legally, but this has been hugely disappointing for all of us."

Instead of trying to intimidate “Mr Fact-Checker,” do the job entrusted to you. Explain these discrepancies, fix the rolls and answer the public. Bullying those who expose failures is no substitute for accountability.

Only @ceoup will be able to say how many form6 each of them submitted? We found only one application each. Many form 9s are yet to be uploaded on their website.
Note : In this booth, 17 people got 2 IDs each. That is, 34 of its 69 new
names in final Roll.

VIDEO | Delhi: Reacting to the judicial custody of CJP co-convenors Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, CJP legal head Ratna Singh says, "We have been here since morning. We were told that the entire hearing would take place at 12.00 pm. Today, everything was complete, the verification was done, and all requirements were met. We have been waiting here since noon. The SEM (Special Executive Magistrate) was at the police station by 1:30 pm, but he did not enter the courtroom until 5.00 pm. When he finally arrived, he refused to hear our case on its merits regarding whether Saurav and Ashutosh should be released from judicial custody. Instead, he made arbitrary remarks. The public prosecutor, who had not appeared at the police station for the last four days, was present today. Within about five minutes of the proceedings, the SEM told the court that he had received a threatening message. From that point on, the entire discussion revolved solely around that message. It is clear that this entire episode was orchestrated. They had decided beforehand to come into the courtroom and focus exclusively on this alleged threatening message, completely bypassing whether the formalities required for Saurav and Ashutosh's release were fulfilled. Given how this process has been deliberately delayed and handled, I am utterly disappointed..."

Summary : One man disappeared from the list and one woman appeared three times in Final SIR list.
