You are not looking at 9 planets. You are looking at one planet across 9.5 billion years. We only get a few of those frames.

Most men try to “boost testosterone” with random supplements. Your body just needs zinc, vitamin D, selenium, and enough protein. Oysters, eggs, liver, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, avocado, salmon. Eat these consistently before you buy another bottle.

Being sick doesn’t always mean you need more pills. Sometimes you just need the right food at the right time. Potassium, fiber, natural enzymes, and hydration do more than people think.

Not much time after training? This is a quick way to loosen up the hips and hamstrings. It only takes a short moment, so it is easy to fit in before you leave. Simple move, but it can feel really good after a hard session.

Same nutrient, very different amount of food. That’s why portion size and food source matter just as much as the number on the label. Keep your food choices varied and practical.

STOP TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. If you’re slim everywhere but your stomach still looks big, your body feels soft, and you have little definition, losing even more weight may not be what you actually need. You may be dealing with skinny-fat - relatively low body weight but not enough muscle compared with your body fat. The fix is body recomposition: build muscle while gradually losing body fat. Strength training gives your body something to build. Enough protein supports that muscle. A controlled diet helps reduce excess fat without simply making you smaller. The goal isn’t a lighter body. It’s a leaner, stronger, more defined one.

A lot of the parts we throw away are actually edible. 🌿 Garlic scapes, radish leaves, sweet potato leaves and pea shoots can all add something useful to a meal. Might be worth checking what’s edible before the scraps hit the bin.

Cold butter ruining your baking plans? 😩 Fill a glass with hot water, let it sit for a minute, then empty it and place the warm glass upside down over your butter. Leave it for a few minutes and watch your rock-hard butter soften without melting.

Healthy eating in Nigeria doesn’t need imported ingredients or some fancy meal plan. Plantain, beans, fish, eggs, vegetables and moi-moi already give you plenty to work with. It mostly comes down to how you combine them, cook them and serve the portions. - Thread -
