It can't be overstated how much I love Archaludon since starting Champions. The centerpiece of the VGC teams I've used to get Masters. My comfort pick. Whenever I try a team and it isn't vibing, I'll be like "Fuck it, send the Bridge!" and it rights the ship.

Two games in a row, using my Blastoise Trick Room team, I queue into a team using Aero + Sylveon thinking they stat their Sylveon to outspeed Sneasler under Tailwind, only to have my Blastoise obliterated by Hyper Beam in Trick Room. I be giving people too much credit.

I need Champions to add my GOAT to the game. I need a Swift Swim bopper that can survive a hit.

Maybe I'm screaming into the void, and this is definitely coming from a place of salt, but there needs to be a nerf to the flinch chance of Rock Slide in Champions. I've lost so many games that I otherwise would've won to a timely flinch or double flinch from it. It's absurd.

My favorite thing about Pokemon Champions is its twisted sense of humor where I really want to try out a Pokemon, and I don't get it in 2-3 Recruitment rolls, so I obtain it in, say, Scarlet and transfer it over, and then it gets offered in my next Recruitment roll.

Caught the bug to play Pokemon again with Champions out, haven't played ranked Pokemon in years. Decided to play doubles instead of singles for something new and I like VGC content. The old man still got it! Might make a push for Champion Tier.
