I’m still playing Trails Chapter 2 with FE: Fortune’s Weave waiting and now Final Fantasy Resonance also in the backlog as Ocarina of Time is circling like a shark in the perimeter. Good times for gamers!

Get the Switch version which is full game on cart! It looks gorgeous on both Switch and Switch 2. Trading of some resolution for owning the game is a no-brainer for me.

Source or it didn’t happen.

Not gonna happen :(

I turned auto updates off. Waiting for the jailbreak to hit 14.00.

I’m torn because I think Square is being really shitty.

Only trust Gitea running on your owned server. Period.

Darkness.

Just need more games on cart and fruckers like Sega Square-Enix to allow cross saves with Switch.

Not this time. Game key card on Switch 2 but full game on cart on Switch. Sounds good right? No upgrade path. No game save compatibility between them. Fuck that.

Full game on cart. Full remake. Best game ever made. I’m in.

Game key card on Switch 2. No upgrade path from Switch. No save compatibility. Mobile game legacy. No thanks. Will wait for next year and a steam sale.

You’re buying it again as game key card?

Yeah Ken… maybe it’s your mentality that’s the issue…

Lowest price for this on Steam was $14. I bought it. Not buying this cash grab key card pos for Switch. Respect gamers please. Don’t farm us.

If I can’t run Linux / SteamOS on it then it’s not a PC. Ok price for a PC but horrible price for proprietary hardware.

Hey @SquareEnix why is there no upgrade path or save compatibility between #FinalFantasyResonance Switch and Switch 2? I cancelled my order today when I saw this. Farming gamers is bad news for game developers.

Maybe on the price. Agree on the rest. 2027 is going to get worse for memory and chips, but hopefully we should see some relief by 2030 when new capacity should come online. Meanwhile I’m good with my 7900XTX and Steam Deck and Switch 2 until then.
