I’m so proud at how many turned up yesterday and not only how we brought charities together, but businesses and of course people! Count was nearly 100 and everyone said how well organised it was and how much they enjoyed it 😃
Despite the rainy weather, @BridgetoUnityUK had an incredible turn out and were able to collect so much litter from the beach. It was heartwarming to see people come together to make a positive impact on our environment. A big thank you to all the volunteers who made it happen!

Dissertation submitted! One more assignment, one more exam, one more clinical skill to be signed off, and what feels like a thousand more hours of placement to go..and then my second degree will be complete and I’ll be a Registered Nurse!

Today was @BridgetoUnityUK first Job Connect event. Through our network of contacts across multiple sectors, we aim to connect individuals from Ukraine with prospective employers. A privilege to be trusted and involved in their resettlement process and onward journeys.
As we approach the anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, I have had the opportunity to share my experiences and lessons learnt from volunteering to help those affected by the invasion. Thank you @DesoDani for this.
