I think, with regret, it is time to leave Twitter/X. This platform is a catalyst for hate and division. It has become markedly worse.
I’ve achieved much more campaigning for change in the real world than I ever have on here. So, that’s where I’ll focus all my energy.

It is heartwarming to see so many people of all backgrounds and all walks of life standing peacefully together in solidarity against racism, Islamophobia and violence.

So a GP will spend 10 mins seeing a patient
Then a PA will spend 10 mins seeing a patient, but the GP will have to spend another 5-10 mins checking to see if the PA did the job correctly
Isn't this is a massive inefficiency 🤷♀️
Why not get rid of PAs and hire more GPs👍
Who comes up with these ridiculous tax payer money wasting policies that endanger patients and waste our taxes on under qualified staff in frontline NHS services? I bet it was the 14 years of the Conservatives trying to create a two tier health system 🤦♀️

The scenes from Southport are incredibly moving. Children, amongst a sea of flowers, blowing bubbles into the air to represent “kisses to heaven” in commemoration of Bebe, Alice and Elsie. A beautiful, poignant tribute, full of innocence and hope. What a wonderful community.

The Police need the practical and political support of our Police & Crime Commissioner.
Frontline police doing a very difficult and dangerous job do not need their boss to be legitimising the violence and rioting.
