Why isn't the Supreme Court stepping in to protect election integrity? Where are the Republican Attorneys General?
Trump is absolutely right—Gavin Newsom's move to ban voter ID requirements in California is a blatant attempt by Democrats to rig elections. Election fraud in California is a well-documented issue. For instance, over 1.2 million ineligible voters were found on Los Angeles County's voter list. It took a lawsuit from Judicial Watch last year to finally get those names removed.
This isn’t just a California problem; it’s a national issue that should concern every American. Without proper voter ID laws, the door is left wide open for fraud and manipulation.
It's time for Republican AGs to step up and for the Supreme Court to intervene to ensure our elections are free, fair, and secure. America’s democracy depends on it.
Stephen Ansolabehere, a Harvard University who has conducted research on hand-counts, said that in one study in New Hampshire, he found poll workers who counted ballots by hand were off by as much as 8%. The average error rate for machine counting was 0.5%, Ansolabehere said.
