The working horses will be back in Crane Park this Thursday and Friday to cut and bale 5 of our meadows. This work has transformed the ecological value of these open spaces. They’ll be around from 9ish in the meadows on either side of Hospital Bridge Road - come and say hello!

This week volunteers from @LBRUT and contractors Salix joined @ZSLMarine and the Friends of Medway Orchard to plant close to 1500 small plugs in to the wetland and meadow areas to complete the construction phase for the river restoration at Mereway Nature Park.
