R-SEAT and the International Institute of Humanitarian Law (IIHL) are pleased to announce a preparatory training on the High Commissionerโs Dialogue (HCD), taking place in Geneva on 7โ8 December 2026.
This training aims to prepare refugee leaders that are attending this yearโs HCD, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to effectively engage in these technical discussions and contribute to shaping global refugee policy.
