I am a direct victim of the Biden regime’s corrupt and unethical judicial system. ( Case 23-CV-7903 Second Circuit of Court of Appeal,  Case 1:22-cv-10466 )This case exposes how fraud, conspiracy, and judicial abuse thrive under the disgraceful leadership. Alfred Sanez Albad, a banned European banker of  Santander Bank, masterminded a massive fraud scheme, stealing over $600K under the pretense of a commercial loan. His persons,—Fred Hurd, Dave Grayson, and have self confessed in writing to their crimes, openly admitting to being scammers. Despite this overwhelming evidence, the courts blatantly shielded these criminals, allowing their schemes to continue unchecked. Trial Judge Jesse M. Furman and Circuit Judges Beth Robinson, Myrna Pérez, and Allison J. Nathan upheld the fraudulent trial court’s ruling, dismissing my case as “without merit.” Worst of all, these judges went to the extreme length of sealing the judgment, preventing it from appearing in the ECM filing documents system. This vicious act not only protects criminals but ensures their disgraceful actions remain hidden from public scrutiny. Albad, a Soros type , a convicted fraudster with a history of crimes, continues to operate freely in the U.S banking market . parternering , pleasing BOA,  protected by a network of corruption within the courts, FBI, and law enforcement. His name has even been wiped from official records, leaving him immune while the public remains at risk of his schemes. I demand the Trump administration intervene immediately to unseal this judgment, expose the criminal network within the justice system, and hold these judges accountable. The police and the nation must take action now , now  . Enough is enough! Ses complices — Fred Hurd, Dave Grayson — ont avoué par écrit leurs crimes, reconnaissant ouvertement qu’ils sont des escrocs. Malgré ces preuves accablantes, les tribunaux ont sciemment protégé ces criminels, permettant à leurs manœuvres de continuer sans entrave. Le juge de première instance Jesse M. Furman et les juges de circuit Beth Robinson, Myrna Pérez, et Allison J. Nathan ont confirmé la décision frauduleuse du tribunal de première instance, rejetant mon affaire comme « non fondée ». Pire encore, ces juges ont pris la mesure extrême de sceller le jugement, empêchant qu'il apparaisse dans le système de dépôt de documents ECM. Cet acte vicieux non seulement protège les criminels mais garantit que leurs actions honteuses restent cachées au public. Albad, un « type Soros », un fraudeur condamné avec un passé criminel, continue d’opérer librement sur le marché bancaire américain, partenant  , plairant  BOA,  protégé par un réseau de corruption au sein des tribunaux, du FBI et des forces de l’ordre. Son nom a même été effacé des registres officiels, le laissant immunisé tandis que le public reste exposé à ses stratagèmes. Je demande à l’administration Trump d’intervenir immédiatement pour lever le scellé sur ce jugement, exposer le réseau criminel au sein du système judiciaire et tenir ces juges responsables. La police et la nation doivent agir maintenant, tout de suite. Trop, c’est trop !

Case 1:22-CV-10466 Appellant Case 23-CV-7903 1/ No. This is NOT JUSTICE On Dec 23, 2024, I received an email from Santander Bank's attorney attaching a "verdict" claiming the case is in their favor -BEFORE I received any official notice from the court. The court documents arrived 10 days later. 2/ On Dec 12, 2024, I appeared pro se for the hearing in Room 1507, NY Court of Appeals. Only two bank attorneys appeared. All individual defendants were absent. 3/ In Sept 2024, defendant Fred Hurd—real identity Dr. Geo Espinosa—submitted a written confession to the court stating: “We are a group of scammers, and I will no longer be part of this wicked heart” This confession was formally submitted. 4/ Now, case 23-7903-CV is no longer readable through standard PACER access. It jumps directly to “concluded,” reaffirming the NY District Court decision—without clear public explanation. 5/ I am calling on independent journalists, legal reporters, and whistleblowers worldwide to examine this case. Petition day 206-217 Appellant case 23-7903 NY 2 circuit Karma is coming if no justice Defendant 2, Dave Grayson, became a central figure after Dr. Geo Espinosa disappeared . Grayson continued playing an active role in this alleged banking fraud ring. He acted in two faces — opposing their leader, Alfred Sanez, on one side, while simultaneously helping to conceal the truth on the other. In February 2024 during my Appealing , he admitted in written statements that Santander Bank had taken over the commercial loan for which I was the original recipient. Repeated petitions for review have been ignoredAs a victim of this blatant miscarriage of justice at NYSD and the 2nd Court of Appeals, I will now reveal what has been deliberately hidden. The first defendant: Alfredo Sáenz Abad.( orchestrator behind the scene ) A career grifter ,frauder in international banking. Once celebrated,nominated as “Europe’s Best Banker” in 2011 -2012, he was later forced to resign from Santander as CEO after serious misconduct and criminal charges. He fled to the United States, where he continued private banking operations under the guise of Santander, despite being banned from the industry in Europe. His record is not a matter of dispute. Since the late 1990s, Sáenz Abad has faced repeated charges of bank fraud, wire fraud, forgery, mail fraud, theft, and related financial crimes across multiple states, including New York, Massachusetts, Texas, and Ohio. These cases resulted in prison terms ranging from five to ten years, alongside millions of dollars in fines and restitution. Yet in my case, his name was erased — omitted even at the trial court level in NYSD. ⚖️ When such figures can be shielded, their crimes buried, and their identities hidden, can we truly claim that justice exists in America?
