Hello @makemytrip @makemytripcare 🚨 URGENT ESCALATION – @makemytrip I’m raising this on behalf of my client regarding a serious failure of a bus service booked through MakeMyTrip. 📌 Booking ID: NU712151189749892 📌 Journey: Faizabad/Ayodhya → Ujjain 📌 Date: 06 Sept 2026 📌 Passengers: 2 📌 Booked Boarding: Shahadat Ganj, Faizabad 📌 Boarding Time: 9:45 PM The passengers had a confirmed booking with Shahadat Ganj clearly shown as the boarding point. Even 2 hours before departure, no driver/bus details were provided. The listed boarding-point contact number also went unanswered. At around 8 PM, the driver called and asked them to reach Raunahi Toll Plaza within 30 minutes. They immediately started travelling there. While they were on the way, the driver changed the location and asked them to reach Kumarganj Toll Plaza, around 60 km away, at night. Despite sharing the booking screenshot showing Shahadat Ganj, the driver refused to honour the booked boarding point and ultimately left without picking up either passenger. This was NOT a passenger no-show or voluntary cancellation. The passengers were ready to travel and made every possible effort to board. I immediately raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip and subsequently escalated it to the Grievance Officer, but there has been NO RESPONSE till date. The incident resulted in the complete loss/disruption of the planned Ujjain trip, financial loss, inconvenience and serious mental harassment.
